Hotel is in great location, parking is easy, staff are very friendly and rooms are comfortable. Rooms could be a touch cleaner and are due for an upgrade but would stay again.

Great location and service, problems with the room

The staff were wonderful and we liked the location and size of the apartment. The apartment had a strong curry odour and we found a large cockroach walking around the apartment. The dryer didn’t work and the smoke detector was covered in glad wrap. Otherwise, no problems and we would stay there again if the problems were resolved.

The one bedroom units I have stayed were excellent, plenty of room, well furnished and stocked. The kitchens were an added bonus. The premises is well situated, close to facilities and public transport.

I’m satisfied with the overall stay. Nice, smiling staff at the reception makes you feel great. Thank you for outstanding staff services and attitude. However, one improvement area I’d like to share. I had been given a complimentary drink - one bottle of mt. Franklin water. I have two people having a two night stay, wouldn’t it be nicer for providing 4 bottles of water instead of one.

A haven in the centre of Chatswood

I had to stay in Chatswood because my sister was having an operation. She lives in Chatswood and was being operated on at Royal North Shore Hospital at St Leonards, so the Sebel was ideal for me so I could be close to her before, during and after the operation. Being a few minutes from Chatswood station made it very convenient for me to visit her and I can only describe my lovely, comfortable apartment which I returned to every evening as a haven from the rigours of the day.

All went well except for the WIFi I could not access it nor could the front desk assist

Only problem is the door lock failed 6 times during our 2 months stay. Billing is a bit confusing. Apart from that no complain, very helpful staff.

We have been staying at the Sebel Chatswood for the past 16 years while we educated our four children at boarding school in Sydney. The hotel offered a rate to boarding school families that needed a place to stay while visiting their children throughout the terms. This was the reason The Sebel at Chatswood became our second home. We cannot thank Sandra and the wonderful staff at Chatswood enough- for years of welcoming and taking care of our family. Although our education journey has come to an end, we will always look forward to visiting the Chatswood team at our home away from home when we visit Sydney from our country homes. We will also continue to recommend the Seble Chatswood to our many family and friends who will be looking for the same experience we've had while they have their children at school in Sydney. Our love and Thanks to all the incredible Staff who have been through this time with us...we couldn't have done it without you, Thank you. XX

Being from country NSW we needed comfortable and quiet accommodation in the vicinity of Chatswood your property comfortably fitted our needs. Ease of parking was fine although having dual lobby access to the suites was somewhat confusing initially.

Have stayed at hotel in the past few months in conjunction with stays in RNSH for major surgery. In that time the staff looked after my wife ensuring her safety and naking sure she had everything she needed. The last stay was two weeks. Just to thank a few Lauren, Olivia and Josh along with the Manager who genuinely cared. It certainly feels like home. Thanks again.
