We got off a cruise a day earlier than planned. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment on the same day as we wanted to stay. Staff were able to give us early check in. Apartment size was excellent.

This stay was a conference with overnight stay for 25 people. Lauren Power was the staff member responsible for the booking and looking after us for the conference - She was superb... friendly, efficient, fabulous communicator.

Spacious and comfortable. Beds were good. Good view. The bathrooms could do with a bit of sorting out as they looked a bit tired - amongst other things the showers leaked. The lift was a bit squeezy.

I was in Sydney for six days so preferred to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel room. I had lots of room and paid much less in Chatswood than I would have in the CBD. Rather than a 20 minute walk to the office I had a 20 minute train ride. (Once I worked out to avoid the peak rush that was fine).

Really disappointed with the cost of breakfast $18 each and no members discount! There was 4 adults in our room $72 for juice museli bread and yogurt. Ended up going to Woolies around the corner and buying the same for under $30.

Visiting family in Sydney and needed a central apartment space in chatswood. Sebel is in such a convenient location to shops, cafes etc. The 3 bed apartment was nice and large for the three of us and we could have our Sydney family members over for lunch or dinner - again with good space - including a full kitchen, dining and lounge room. Suited my dad too who has a few mobility issues. Nice and easy. On top of that, lovely and clean, comfortable beds and a great view. While apartment is a little older in terms of decor, it is well built and suited us perfectly. Staff were excellent too - nothing too much trouble. parking on-site convenient too.

No breakfast room no breakfast buffet. They breakfast coming in the room 7.- I8 AM. When you booked you see a symbol with the shuttle is no an shuttle. to this hotel apartment.
