We stayed for 5 days while our house was being renovated and really appreciated the lovely one-room apartment as it felt like home. Spacious, lovely bed and bathroom, and little kitchenette. It was well serviced and we loved the parking arrangement as we had to commute back and forth to our house. Thank you. We would definitely come back and we have recommended Como already.

We had a weekend stay that was both relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were very helpful. Any negatives about the stay were only because of Covid-19 and not because of the hotel or staff.

The only part of the stay which is very annoying is we were debited twice from our account for the stay which still hasn’t been resolved This has never occurred previously I have made at least three calls to the hotel Contacted the bank twice Then another department as now it seems to be a dispute Absolutely disgraceful

Difficult to gauge as no food available through hotel restaurant and no breakfast available. Service was fine. Given a comfortable upgrade to suite. With most retail and eateries around South Yarra closed I relied on David Jones Food Hall across the road for sustenance. Clearly Covid affected.

Was not told of the fact that there was no room service until i rang the desk and asked for a room service menu at 8.30pm! Luckily i managed to get take away, otherwise i would have gone without diner. I should have been notified of this when i made the booking. Also there was no notepads or pens in my room. Apart from that my stay was acceptable
