Well Located, Good Service, Rooms lacking Maintenance

Warm welcome, great location, Room lacking maintenance. Maintenance - 1. Toilet not cleaned and still had poo marks 2. TV didn't work ( Tried Manual power on, changed plugs still did not work ) 3. Door card reader lock didn't lock ( Push door to get in ) 4. Privacy lock on door card reader lock just spins around and does not work After staying 2 years before with a flawless stay, this was extremely dissatisfied. Only reason it got a 2 was for Staff welcome.

I have updated the Maintenance issues with my Maintenance Manager who has informed me these are now fixed. We are having a new Door Locking system put through the hotel in the first week of July so we are very excited about that. We stayed for 8 nights, in an adjoining family room in the annex. The room were as usual great views, but starting to be worn down. The floor of both rooms had leaks, and we had to live with soggy carpets for 8 nights! The curtains were off the hooks, and we had to struggle to pull them each day

New pillows a must & a bit disappointed as staff having to pay $30 to park.
