« Two Night in the Mercure Loft »

The rooms were fantastic. an upstairs bedroom with TV and a large lounge room downstairs with a kitchenette, which included a microwave but there no plates,or cutlery, so what was the point. The apartment had great storage facilities both upstairs and downstairs. What I really liked was the fridge it was an old fashioned one, with a freezer and it kept all my drinks cold, unlike the new Accor fridges which can double as ovens. our dinner was the seafood buffet night which has been reintroduced and if you are a seafood fan, this was good value, if you were not a buffet fan, then you would be in trouble as the a la crate is not available. We have stayed at the Mercure-Pullman Albert Park on a number of occasions and the staff as always have been excellent as have been the facilities.

The staff were amazing and the Executive Lounge was very nice. The Lady that ran the executive lounge was amazing. We felt very special! Breakfast was very good and everything was well run. The coffee machines were cumbersome and annoying but other than that it was great stay!

We were very disappointed. Very slow at reception, and then to have twin beds when we are a happily married couple!! One bar of soap is certainly poor service. Every guest surely should have their own soap.

« Friendly, helpful staff but uncomfortable bed. »

Couldn’t fault the staff, the cleanliness or the size of the room. However the tv was not “connected” it told me to contact front desk however was too late for me to do that. My disappointment was the bed. It was uncomfortable. Made up as a king size bed half of it was too soft and there was a very distinct ridge down the centre where it was joined which was very hard.

Pleasant staff, 3-4 star hotel feel but quite expensive at $250/night. No investment in infrastructure for many years. Under-maintained.

Everything was great. The only one exception was shower that needs update repair/replacement. Plumbing system in general needs some attention. Otherwise quiet sleep, spacious room, very friendly staff. Aircon works very well. Used was gym and it was good enough for a hotel. Haven't tried breakfast though because we were always outside.

Your staff were thoughtful and polite, helpful when I needed assistance and always caring. I was attempting conference within the adjacent Pullman Hotel so it was very convenient for me and so comfortable so be so well looked after. The breakfast was lovely. My room was always clean and neat. I was very appreciative of everyone’s hard work.

The room was fantastic value and we struck upon a deal with a late checkout and bottle of wine. The room was large, the bed comfortable and quiet. Dinner in the restaurant was amazing. We were very happy with our experience
