Good morning, As per my below confirmation for accommodation which was booked for 13-16 March 2020. We travelled to Melbourne on Friday 13 March 2020 for the Melbourne F1 Grand Prix, which was cancelled. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy our stay to watch the F1 due to the Coronavirus outbreak at Albert Park, and we were forced to cancel our stay in case there were infected people in the hotel. I spoke to reception and was advised to email you regarding a refund or alternatively a credit. Accor is a reputable chain of Hotels and to adhere to the integrity of the Accor Hotels, we would greatly appreciate if you could provide us with a refund or alternatively a credit. As this cancellation was made due to the pandemic of the Coronavirus. Look forward to hearing from you. Thank you & Kind regards, Lina D.

No complaints we received an upgrade! Pool & sauna as enjoyable as ever. Staff always polite & helpful. Breakfast had a fair selection of items, couple of which could have been hotter (do a few heat checks?) yet was still enjoyable. Stayed a few times now and will return again.

Rooms very dated especially bathroom Bar fridge was making a loud humming noise had to switch it off The room was overall clean but found a bug on my last night on my pillow which wasn’t very nice surprise Staff were always friendly and helpful

Room ok but could do with makeover. Bed very plain with only 2 small velvet pillows for decoration. Limited number of coat hangers and all could not be removed from wardrobe which I hate. You work on assumption everyone is a thief! Towels could be thicker.

Not too memorable stay

A few issues: 1. When I arrived, I found out that my booking was not updated, despite me calling the hotel directly a few days ago to have it amended; 2. Checking in as a result was too slow and cumbersome (although I might add was not really caused by the check-in agent); 3. The allotted room had a stale smell when I first entered into the room; 4. To make matters arose, when I tried to call the front desk & duty manager repeatedly, none of my calls were answered! & 5. Room service food was pretty a stage to say the least.

I followed the GPS address but didn't end up in the right hotel entrance (must be the old one and had to walk a long way to reception). Room aircon cannot be switched off and blew on me all night. Bad sleep of course. Coffee barista extremely unpleasant, no smile, no eye contact, very abrupt and dismissive.

I recently attended a 2 day Retreat arriving very tired on Sunday evening. Room service was excellent, very professional staff in every area. Our workshop was held in house and food provided was tasty and well presented. Room was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

one night stay with late check in. room was back of hotel, very much in need of a renovation, bath tile felt like they were moving under my feet. shower was uncomfortably small in a large bath room. bed was ver comfortable and quiet.
