Our stay (me & my wife) at this Hotel was a bumpy start but all thanks to Tanishka and Rakshit, the front desk managers who made our trip exciting and memorable. The Hotel rooms badly need renovation but currently one may satisfy himself considering it's excellent location in main market and superb hospitality extended by the front desk managers. Rakshit is really adorable and we owe memories of this trip to him as his local city knowledge enabled us to feel Goa. So this makes Rakshit and us BFF ... THANKS AGAIN RAKSHIT!!! You really understand very well importance of nice holiday experience. Hope to see you soon. The breakfast is good and yes the other staff members needs lots of take aways from Rakshit.

Things that were great 1. Location 2. Food 3. Pool 4. Staff- front desk and parking guys Needs Improvement 1. House keeping - had to ask for tea kits and towels mutiple times. 2. My first romm had couple of issues however the room was changed immediately after request. 3. The restaurant was packed during breakfast, I think that needs to be managed better, everyone seemed to be on their own to grab a table.

We stayed in room number 1408. The phone of the room was continuously not working. Even after complaining several times there was no response. Also bed linen and towels were not changed even after requesting to change. We had to complain again and again for everything. This was not expected at all.

I had an accident on my way to the hotel and was injured. One of the concierge boys saw and asked if he could give some first aid, but the lady checking in was extremely rude. I wanted to wash off the blood and rush to the hospital but there were no towels in the room. I asked for an ice pack and they said they have none. I was unwell and wanted to sleep but the amount of noise because of room renovation was unbelievable. There were ants in the room. The staff while checking out was also rude. Only the male staff at check-in and check-out were kind and also one on night duty, Prajwal. Room service was also bad and they didn't accept Accor card.

Room cleaning team needs improvement. every day they forget to place toiletries,bathroom assessors. breakfast options and quality of few food items needs improvement. round the clock services on reception and helpdesk not there. phone keep ringing at times, no response or call back. TV sound quality , limited channels, startup hotel introduction video on TV is quite boring and irritating. hotel should find better way to promote itself. learn from other hotels. bed mattresses is broken at one end, made pain in our lower back. Overall not a five star standard. wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I would love to come again it was awesome i want to do special thanx to all staff they were just awesome.... a very special thanx to Miss Taniska (duty manager) she was great and very helpful during check inn and special thanx to Chef Anoop and all his team i mean to say all fnb team they served us very delicious and good food and atlast pool side Mr sudesh ji all staff members are very very good and helpful and they always have smile in their faces which makes customer too happy . Thannx Novotel candolium goa will be back soon.

The Experin3waa Horrible. You front desk staff is nkt at all experienced enoigh to handle customer queries. Fail to understand why Checkin timei 3pm when everywhere else its 2pm. No bath towels in rooms...Totally inexperienced in managing customers during full occupancy.

The stay at the hotel was an average, Rooms were not all cleaned , had found cockroach in the room on my first night itself and the hotel staff had ensured that they will do pest control and ensure room is pest free, but on the next immediate night also I found other cockroach. The couch provided in the room was also stained. The reception people are not at all bothered for providing service or changing room on repetitive request also. Have to remind them that there no hand towels in the room etc. Only highlight will be Breakfast and Lunch which was awesome , they do provide variety of options.

Absolutely outstanding hotel with perfect location. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Ms. Susan & Mr. Pravindar, who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. Also the property is very beautiful & well maintained with utmost hygiene. We will definitely come back with friends and i would highly recommend this hotel.

Novotel Candolim is a good property with good safety standards which you can trust in such difficult times. Restaurant is good and service is prompt. Had a very good experience -special mention to Susan from front desk. Khushal & Sunil from Restaurant Service staff for ensuring every small need is taken care of. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Stay was safe and good. But the in room dining and services were very slow. The buffet breakfast service was better. Location is the best, close by all the best known beaches in Goa. Choose this property if your looking for Novotel prop.
