The stay was too good I visited Goa first time & the experience was amazing. I got the room only for one day because other days it was totally booked; I wish I could get for more days. The room was beautiful and amazing. I visited the hotel for 3 days & your staff member Miss Manisha treated me & my friend like her family. She was so helpful and her hard work pays off. She is so hard working lady. The spa experience just too amazing. All the tiredness got away. The money spent on spa was really worth it. I think whenever I will visit Goa will stay in your hotel every time. The location of hotel is perfect (Candolim) beautiful location

I have stayed with Novotel at different location in the past few years. It has been a good experience to stay in Candolim Novotel. The hotel is located at city center and has good accessibility and connectivity to places of interest in North Goa. The room was spacious with required amenities and hotel staff was very supportive and was looking after the guest very well. Placement of different areas within hotel is really great with Swimming pools made in center which has a view from few rooms and Restaurant. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and families and will plan to stay here during my next trip to Goa. Lastly I would like to call out few names here who went beyond their duties to make my stay better... Shivani Shukla from Front Office, Tanisha - shift incharge and Mithun from Square restaurant. Please help me in appreciating their efforts

The crew were very supportive and liked the hospitality and will definitely visit again . Mr.Vipin and Mr.Amar were very supportive in spite of less manpower . From the time of check in till check out, it was an experience worth 100%. Your Duty manager Taniska was extremely warm and kind to show us our room and explained us about the facilities available in the room as well as in the entire property. I stayed for 4 days with my family and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the stay. Your staff were very courteous and was always available for service. I congratulate the entire team for doing this wonderful job in the most efficient way.

The property and its location is quite good. The Candolim beach and a lot of restaurants are located within a walking distance. I booked this property for a very high price considering its 5-star status with an assumption that these globally acclaimed properties must be following the COVID protocols very seriously. However to my utter surprise, nothing is being followed to ascertain the safety of the guests. When I along with my wife arrived at the property, no one checked our temperature or instructed us to use the hand sanitizer before entering (though everything was available at the entrance). As soon as we entered the property, we noticed people roaming around without masks. Upon reaching the room, we noticed that certain areas and furniture in the room like the chair, couch, television, hanging lights, telephone, glass wall, toilet seat, bed sheet etc. were having dirt marks. The most risky area is the restaurant where the breakfast is being served as buffet and except the staff members, not a single guest was seen wearing or even carrying a mask. The biggest concern is that even the staff is not bothered about it and they allow everyone to enter the restaurant without mask. I have seen people sneezing in the area where the buffet was arranged. As per the government guidelines, the pool should have been non-functional but they had a fully functional pool where people were having fun along with their kids. Unfortunately, it was too late for us to realize that we were at a very high risk of getting infected with COVID by staying in this hotel which advertises itself as an 'All Safe' property. Now let me talk about the other aspects of this hotel apart from the COVID protocols. My booking was for a Superior room but the lady at the reception area made a complimentary upgrade to the next category which was a nice gesture. However, it seemed just a gimmick as there was no view outside the room balcony as it was facing a residential area. As I already shared, most of the corners and areas of the room were dirty which is not acceptable when you pay a huge amount for a 5-star hotel stay. Moreover, the lock of the room was not functioning correctly for which the staff took almost half an hour to fix. Coming to the food quality, it was also average as we only ate the items available in the breakfast. Also, the breakfast menu was same on all the days of our stay and was very limited. One more thing which made us upset was that they didn't offer any complimentary decoration or anything even when we asked for it as it was our first wedding anniversary. This was the least they could do to make their guests feel special. Overall, this was not the experience that we were expecting from such a big brand even after spending a huge amount. I was quite excited about Novotel before staying here but now I can say that I will never book an Accor property again.

Wat a beautiful stay at a perfecfly located hotel! Just wat a person can expect to get the money well invested. Extremely courteous and warm reception by the hotel staff especially the manager, Taniska! Right from the facilities to the ambience to the room to the food, everything was amazing! Hygiene was very well taken care off and covid precautions taken without causing any discomfort to the guest! Thanx for a great time!

Rakshit was very helpful during the stay. F&b team is the best I have seen in any Novotel across the globe. Siddesh is very hard working and should be promoted as I have seen him at the same post for many years. Morning in breakfast and than at pool side bar. Hope management looks into it and give him what he deserves for his hard work. Great work by goa candloim team

To start with, I have informed the hotel while booking that it's our 2nd anniversary so if possible they can try to do something special, but nothing was arranged. Secondly the Room they provided us was super dirty, filled with mosquitoes, floor was shabby, we were walking with our slippers on, the dustbin was broken and dirty, and they gave us a interconnected room with some other guest with kids making super noise all the night. Next day we requested a room change which the staff provided us with, the new room was comparatively decent , but still dirty and Mosquitoes all around. For every time we have to wait 20 mins for the Valet to get our Car, the room service was super slow, Overall honestly our worst experience when it comes to stay anywhere around the world.

Me and my wife and our 2.5 year old son had a good experience at novotel shrem. Property is small and only one dining option makes it boring. Pallavi at the elle spa did a wonderful job when I went there for a body massage. She was exceptionally good with her skill . Siddesh and Ross at the breakfast were helpful. Ramjhan at the kids play area was helpful when my son were playing there. Smiling and warm guy. Shivani at the front desk was a darling with an upgrade for us. FOOD NEEDS AN SERIOUS UPGRADE AT THE HOTEL. VERY AVERAGE QUALITY FOOD ROOM SERVICE CAN BE IMPROVED. staff at the security gates and hotel entrance were particularly nice and helpful with my son as he was playing and made sure he didn't get hurt. Kids playing area was nice can be improved. POOL NOT OPERATIONAL WAS THE SADDEST PART AS GOVT HAD ALLOWED REOPENING OF POOL FRON 1STFEB I HAD EXPECTED OT TO BE OPEN. ELECTIRCAL SWITCHES NEEDS TO UPGRADED AS SOME OF THEM WERE GIVING AWAY AND LOOSE ELECTRIC KETTEL IN OUR ROOM 1414 WAS LOOSE AND NOT UPTO THE MARK.

Spider nest in My room

our stay was nice but was not happy with room service. most of the times i had to call for towels and then wait for 10 min minimum. on the last day i dint get the towel and body lotion, ur staff said we dont have fresh towels and lotion is over. this was very disappointing
