1.Cloudy water due to chemicals in the water which cause me itching & ruches, even irritating my hidden spot. 2.very few amenities and must request one by one. Mercure but provides as ibis standard. 3.Breakfast is a few choices and quality . Cold cut is only small pieces of cheese. BF standard equal to ibis.

As a member of Accor, which usually stay in Novotel , but this time my sons and me stayed in Mercure hotel which I firstly thought is the same grade. It is quite disappointed since the first service as pay for triple beds for 3 persons. Even thought my late registered at the hotel , Nothing has prepared and once room service came I asked why this extra bed has no enough space to set up here . He told me he just start working here and do not know why it is so limited small space. The room condition special the bathroom locked was broken down and nearly stayed in the bathroom instead . After contact room service room no 1203 , no one shown or repaired . Everyday , the tea bags and other did not refill and the towels which need to go to asked. Next morning ,2 breakfasts ; the same cooker at the scramble eggs counter was still made my family annoyed and other guest too. He always shout and blame customers as a begger . If my son said , could you make one scamble for me , he will say I am too busy to make for you and remember . Better find out and wait till is ok . Lastly , I asked front services for restaurant , I saw one customer who did take her plastic bottle to refill the water at the Jar but the neck of the bottle already stick to the tap . Imask her not to use her bottle but no one make anything and said it is not normally guest done. I said the hotel staff should make a little paper to attached the jar not to use your own water to refill . Make some otherway to communicate . Lastly when checking out I asked whether The hotel do not forget to fill my member code , the front staff say . Normally the hotel will automatic . It is abnormal and did not show any member code which should sho me sometime . Thank you for your pay attention .

Welcome gift set is provided but only small fruit plate which quite big different between other hotel. I quite unsatisfied for this service, it seems the customer royalty that doesn't take into account for this hotel service.

Experience was generally ok but it just lacked something , Where a bit over the top with gloves had to be worn for breakfast . I had paid for breakfast everyday but chose to eat out due to this ridiculous rule that makes no medical sense.

Good and secured location. Near Terminal 2 and other shops. Beach is just few minutes walk from the hotel. Room provided has a very nice view of the ocean. Things that can be improved: Not sure why the status is showing as Gold when the actual status is Platinum. Anyway they said it’s the same benefits anyway. Wasn’t bothered by that. However, there were a lot of foreign guests in the restaurants during breakfast where proper hygiene was not properly observed. People not wearing disposable gloves and much worse, no face masks. I know this is something that hotel staff cannot control but at least do something and call people out whenever they see one. You can see people talking and laughing in front of the buffet table and nobody seems to care until I called out the restaurant staff and raised my concern. Please try to be more strict in following this policy, it can go a long way for everyone’s safety! :)

A quiet corner of Pattaya

Set just back from the beach but with great ocean views, this is a quieter area of Pattaya. But convenient. the beach is a short 5 minute walk and a supermarket and Terminal 21 are simimar distances. The hotel is clean and fresh looking. Wonderful staff, helpful and smiling. I felt safe and comfortable there. The breakfast can be served in the restaurant or poolside and the selection is good. There is another pool area on the ground floor, lots of childrens play areas. The gym is well appointed and has an open outlook. If you want to get away, but still close by to, the nightlife area, this is a nice quiet oasis.

Staff at the hotel are very friendly as usual but the quality of food was a lot worse from my past five years.

Furthermore, since this is the covid situation, we have modified some services to make less contact with guests, this is why eggs are served on the buffet. Like you mentioned for bento box for breakfast, I am not sure if you noticed we do actually offer take away breakfast box and guests may prefer between buffet or take away as per their choice. The amenities are set as per the room category and we are flexible to offer additional amenities upon requests. The room is small but clean and well decorated. Most equipment in the room is working but not all like some power outlet is loose. Shower water pressure isn't stable, but temperature control is still ok. WIFI coverage is bad in my room. I use my mobile 4G instead. Breakfast is just standard. The pool side is a good spot for relaxing in winter season.

Pool feature excellent for children

The last time I stayed at this property was in FEB/MAR 20 and when Thailand opened in Nov 1 without quarantine I thought it would be appropriate that I stay at the property again. Reason being it has the best water park feature in central Pattaya for children, there's a 7-11 and a money exchange 150m away, and it's only a short walk to the Marina and Terminal 21 shopping mall.

A clean small room (Superior room). The location is great, it is near the beach, department store, and food market by about 5 min walk. Shower water pressure is not stable and decent temperature control. WiFi coverage is bad I need to use my 4G wifi instead. Breakfast is just an ordinary.

On the contrary, I am sorry to know that you felt some disappointment due to the leakage in room and crowded breakfast. This hotel is not a big hotel, room may be a bit small but it has everything you need. Clean, nice staff, good sleep. Location is very good, inside Pattaya downtown. Very close to 2 shopping malls which you can walk around. Also if you dont know to go anywhere you can have mini water park in this hotel. Slider is very fast to make fun to either adult or kids Breakfast is moderate close to ibis grade.
