The room was really nice, only stayed a night. Staff were very friendly and helpful and upgraded my room for me. Understand during the pandemic there are many challenges, but still enjoyed my stay. Would like to see how it is during normal times. Location is great. Walking distance to beach and some shopping malls.

overall hotel is old and some facilities is not be well maintenance cause gave me bad experience. Dinner food is acceptable by bundle with voucher package but breakfast is worst for me. Breakfast is not variety at all and no good food provide. just stupid food as sausage, ham, bacon, fried egg, boiled rice, porridge and some simple sliced bread. I deeply expected better food quality than this level.

The location is perfect, short walk to the beach, shoping mall, and many good restuarants around. The hotel provides everything i need during stay. The room is clean, the bed is so comfy, love the design of the bathroom. The only thing this hotel should improve is the breakfast. I booked the room without breakfast including, so i paid 300 for one breakfast. There only few food choices provided, felt like it didnt worth to pay for.

all staff were very friendly and attentive despite the hardship of Corona. However we do did not understand, why management made the stay so unpleasant. We had to take breakfast in the room, where there was no appropriate table and seating. Very poor! Also welcome drink, that we are entitled as Platinum Members were only poor Softdrinks.

1. I understand that hotel wants to cut cost, but if you plan to keep the hotel open, you should make guests feel welcome at all times regardless of how many guests you have. When I arrived at around 6pm, most lights in the public area was already closed. I was shocked and thought I was at the wrong hotel. I was tired from my trip to Pattaya, so I wanted to enjoy a meal at the Hotel only to find out that the outlets were all closing. 2. As an Accor Platinum member, I should be eligible to enjoy the Club lounge. I called to check with Hotel of the timing for the evening cocktails only to find out that the lounge was closed and there was no alternative. So that's why I decided to check in at Hotel later than usual. 3. I was very please, though, that Hotel upgraded me to the Baraquda Suite. The room was so spacious! 4. Breakfast was terrible. It was delivered to my room because the outlet was closed, but the quality of the food was just terrible. The portion was small and tasted really bad.

good location for guests who want to stay in the center of pattaya city. just minutes walk to community mall or less than 15 minutes to Central festival. hotel is neat and clean and quite quiet place even located in the crowed area. however, the room facility turn to be getting old, TV is available but couldnot watch any channel. breakfast has been less variety compared to previous staying last year this is a big concerned for me

Khun Khata is amazing, the staff are very well drilled however the hotel is looking tired and needs a bit of love and care especially in the public areas. However I had a great stay.

I stayed quite a few times at Baraquda during my stays in Pattaya over the last years. I fully understand the changes due to COVID emergency but nevertheless there were quite a few issues during my 4 day stay. As Platinum member I was upgraded to Suites for both my rooms as I was travelling with family (not always available in the past). Nearly all the staff I used to know (my last stay back in February) was changed. I really did feel any recognition as loyal customer. The rooms are getting old and present some problems in particular with water leakage in the room from air con system. The mattras of room 5006 needs to be changed. Bad experience also with Breakfast. I understand the COVID emergency imposed changes but that does not justify the mould I found in my scrambled eggs. They were probably just cooked but the egg preparation was definately much older. I hope things will get back to usual high standards Baraquda offered in the past once the emergency will be over.

The TV wasen't working the first couple of days. The light over the basin is to dark. I think it is sad you have frosted the glas in the shower into the room, was nicer before.
