Good Hotel, clean, friendly and comfortable location, nothing to complain for one or two nights. Breakfast limited due to covid, but it was OK. Could be better tough, more options for example, especially for breakfast.

I visited Geneva for a few days and from the minute I checked into the hotel I was blown away by the level of service and comfort provided by Abdel from the front desk. What a true asset to the company, it’s service like Abdels that truly make a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel and will come back again for sure!

Though we paid for a larger room, it was on the street side and far to noisy. So we moved to a smaller room on the back side. Much more pleasant even if crowded. That said, it's a really comfortable place to stay in the centre of Geneva. Clean, friendly, welcoming.

I was positively surprised by the cleanliness of the room and common areas, and by the comfort of the bed. The staff was helpful. Digital concierge is a good idea, and despite limitations due the coronavirus situation the breakfast was quite complete.

Enjoyed the short stay at the IBIS in the center of Geneva. Everything as executed, good location, friendly and competent staff. Owing to the Corona measures of the government no breakfast buffet, but a pre-packed and well-assorted tray of bread, cereals and yoghurt - well done! See you next time for sure.

City break

The location is ideal for those arriving by train, right opposite the station. Despite the busy road underneath the windows, the sound insulation was very good. Only a few guests in the hotel, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. We received an upgrade on the room, much appreciated. The absence of the normal breakfast buffet was a pity, but the staff did all they could to give us all we wanted.

As usual a good stay but done minor issues with Room 503 this time. Shower head pressure adjusting button broken Sink drain plug not working to allow handbasin to fill.

My wife and I needed an hotel close to the station. The Ibis Styles was an excellent choice. The double bed was superb and the breakfast very acceptable. We would happily stay there again.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff were friendly. It is ideally situated opposite the train station. However very pricey for what you got, room was a of good size however the space around the bed was tight to walk round and the desk area was too small to be able to work at so made the room very cramped and as a business trip this was not ideal.
