Between trainstation and the towncenter it is hard to beat the location. And from the balconies on the upper floor (7) the view is splendid. However, my room was very run down and deserved urgently a renovation.

I expected more from a 4-star hotel. The hotel was old and in great need of refurbishment. The rooms aren't soundproof. The furniture was stained and the room quite dusty. The room pictures are either completely photoshopped or from a different hotel. The staff was however quite helpful and accommodating

The stay was good. Only downside is that the room was extremely stuffy. Might be a good idea to air the rooms not in use. Very polite and helpful staff. I would stay there again should I be back n Geneva

Very well located hotel 200m from the shore of lake Geneva and 300-400m from ferry landing stage. Old town just a short walk or ferry ride away. central railway station 5 minutes walk airport 7 minutes on the train. Duplex room spacious and neutral decor with views over rooftops to the big fountain. Bathroom a bit tired but refurbishment of the hotel is on going so hopefully this is being addressed.

While the studio was clean and well kept, the building is not sound proof and noise originating from other apartments and the hallway kept me awake until past midnight. You should try to improve this aspect of your hotels by putting quiet signs everywhere, and by providing better noise insulation in your accommodation

When I walked into the hotel my child fell and we needed ice but I was told by the reception that they did not have ice at the hotel and that I could go the gas station nearby. Whats more, the office people were disturbed by my child crying due to pain and they slammed the door harshly to avoid the noise. Wasnt a pleasant welcome although it was my second time back.

Very friendly staff but the hotel should have let us know there was a steep staircase to reach our room, not everybody is young and able to climb stairs every day.

Lake side location is plus and stay was very nice and claim. It is very near to market side where you can go for quick shopping and enjoy your time. It is my favorite spot to stay when ever I am in Geneva.

I like the staff and the location very much. They go out of their way to help and advise. The apartments are OK, I noticed that the kitchens have been renovated with new cupboards and appliances which is very good. The main room was clean and tidy with the usual pull-down bed which was surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was however very old and tired with grouting that I didn't want to look at. I did raise this with the hotel and they informed me that a major rework of the pipes and drainage was due for the next stage of renovations, so I am pleased about that. The other thing that is less than perfect is the state of the communal areas - carpets, lift interior, entrance hall are all quite tired. But I hope that the renovations will take care of these.

Friendly and helpful staff room is clean the bed is comfortable the room with balcony having an excellent view .they should review the cleaning system of the room once a week.the good thing is discount card for car parking from reception.

Your matress was very bad, We stayed 20 nights but but Hotels stuff were not be able to brings a surmatelas for us because the matress was very hard and in bad conditios. İWe stayed 3 years ago in your Hotel at ST Genis /FR but quality was better

I was surprised that this hotel was in the Adagio portfolio. It's outdated and in desperate need of an overhaul - fixtures - kitchen - bathroom - bed all not really matching what you expect at an Adagio property. Would've been much better staying at an Ibis Styles.
