The hotel deserves 5 stars all the staff is very attentive n helpful.The receptionist Amal was very helpful polite n nice . The hotel is new everything is good n the breakfast is delicious n all is well.The view is to good n the service is fast n efficient

The rooms are nice and fairly big. Clean and welcoming. The restaurant is a bit sad... Most guests seem to order room service, so there is nobody in the restaurant. Menu is quite basic. Personnel very nice and kind. If one has to just sleep, the place is absolutely ok.

I made a reservation and as I am a Gold Member, I tried to call the hotel to request an upgrade. I tried multiple times, each time someone hung up the phone before I could even talk. When I arrived, I requested the upgrade and the lady at the front desk said that I had already been upgraded to a Deluxe Room. I showed her my reservation to prove that this was already my room category. She then said that since the hotel was full, she was unable to. However, I showed her on the Accor app that there were at least 3 suites available. She still said it was not possible and had no further assessments. As a Gold Member and a loyal guest of Accor for many years, I felt that I deserved a better service than what I got. I am disappointed that my loyalty was not acknowledged or reciprocated in any way. I found this disregard for Accor “heartist” concept of a heartwarming welcome quite off-putting, as this is a core premise of the Accor philosophy. Being properly welcomed is paramount to the guest experience and I would expect more attentiveness on the part of the reception team. I hope that necessary steps are taken to ensure that each guest, myself included, is given the same respect and kindness that Accor promises.
Restaurant Team at breakfast was fantastic and extremely supportive with my two young kids.
