The rooms were very nice and spacious, I think you can improve in the service at the buffet dinner , as the live counter requests take a very long time and we have to continually ask for water etc. The starters at the buffet also tend to be a bit cold.

Had some troubles with hot water to shower through out my stay and also the room was not clean enough for a 5 star standard. It felt like the house keeping staff is limited for the size of the hotel, which is a pity. The good side is that my complaints were taken seriously and the front desk manager attended me personally to listen and work on the complaints i had, this behavior made me feel accommodating. Finally, my parents who stayed for 1 night after me totally enjoyed the stay.

I had opted for the MAP plan with the inclusion of breakfast and one meal. The rooms are well appointed and the housekeeping services were very good. There was a lavish spread of food in the buffet and found some of the chef's very creative. On one of the days there was Palak halwa, to our surprise. Never heard of palak halwa ever, but on tasting it, I can undoubtedly say it was the best dessert I have had outside home.

Moderate stay except waterlogging in bathroom

Overall the stay was just above satisfactory , I would not say great. I had to face waterlogging in bathroom which overflowed to room because of unclear drains. Had to inform the housekeeping the first day , they cleaned it , but it happened on the second day as well. After spending more than 9 K per day of the guests are subjected to this uncleanliness it does not boost up the image of the hotel

The focus on service was missing through all the departments. I had called for my parcel and upon asking for it to be delivered I was told to come down and get it myself. The food taste as well as the presentation was extremely poor. Upon informing the chef, he seemed to be least bothered. Had to ask for chutney twice. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes to get a basic Phulka. No one came to clean the room on day 2 and when passing by I informed housekeeping, he had the audacity to say “Subah nahi hua toh ask toh room clean nahi ho paaega”. When I ask him to atleast give water bottles, he said he will try. The smoking zone is always dirty. I asked for South Indian Thali and I was sent Paneer and Alu ki sabzi that too with Basmati rice. The cold coffee felt like it was made in water. The staff overall just refuse to carry a smile on their face even if you smile at them. Basic soft skills are missing. I was given a particular rate during check-in and paid all 4 nights already but during check out I had to waste time to get the rate offered to me. During check-in I asked for a contact for the corporate sales head to do a rate contract for future, never got it. I met the Director - Sales during checkout and asked him to email me the rates, never received anything till date, don’t even want it now but very surprised to see this callous attitude. I was promised that the revised invoice will be emailed to me, nothing received yet.

Beautiful place - extremely bad housekeeping

The hotel itself is very well designed - very nice decoration everywhere. The same for the room. But - and that is really a shame - it is the most dirty hotel I've ever stayed. Everything is dirty, dusty etc. Every surface is dirty. Dust over the bed, Spots on the cabinet doors, walls etc, a lot of spots on the blankets, dirty towels. After complaint the blankets and towels were changed, but thats all. The promised "deep cleaning" haven't been done. It could be such a perfect place - but obviously the management is totally incapable to keep that nice place clean.

Everything was good but only breakfast service was little slow. One more thing please check the quality of food i ate Puri Bhaji and it was tasty but so oily.

The staff of the hotel was the best thing. The people make the place and in this case they make it well. I stayed for 2 weeks and all my interactions with everyone were top notch. Since i had a long stay, i found the food options repetitive. Would be better if more variety can be brought to the menu.

Missing the point

First impression from outside: Well located hotel near a metro terminal station for easier commute and nearby to a mall to live in the nights. From Inside: (Reception) Well educated staff at reception, polite and understanding, hence the rating is above 5. Room: Good sized room but mug stains on coffee mat on table, no menu to order room service, reception/in room dining/room service etc buttons on the phone doesn't work, no info that 0 will call reception, so slept hungry the first night. The other problem with the room that I had on 8th floor is there was some machine on top of that floor that was running the whole night which gave me a headache. Coffee: I need a coffee in the night, ordered 1 the next day, expected a good cuppacino but got the worst coffee, spilled post 1st sip, tolerating machine coffee is not my strong suit, besides if i needed that type of coffee would have made it at the room. Electric kettle: post my experience with coffee from restaurant I decided to make it myself, kettle in the room had a bad smell so .... change of plans. Chai/Tea: Morning tea is a must required drink for me and it sort of defines my mood for the day, let's just say my mood was spoiled. Food(Breakfast): With my experience of coffee and tea i decided not to risk the breakfast hence ordered online, I stayed in a lot of hotels in last 1 year and a lot before COVID, it was the first time I had to go myself and collect the food, that's not a problem, but was running low on time and coming downstairs from one end of the hotel to another was obviously not helpful. Checkout: Well, I decided to extend my stay for 1 more day, but with my experience in the room I decided to checkout and spend the night at the Airport lounge, however the front office manager Priyanka was super nice and she convinced me to give them another chance and 10/10 for her hospitality. My room was upgraded to a suite, which was a plus(Visually), although I only needed to spend 1 night there but kudos on the try. While the room was obviously spacious, from toilet and bathroom prespective it was worse, first toilet had yellow stains and as soon as I entered the room, I could smell something went wrong in that suite before my arrival and I was kind of irritated but luckily there was another toilet in the bedroom. The other bedroom was not as clean as my room before that night but it was at least manageable so I decided to stay the night and sleep as it was only a 6 hour nightmare. The downside of having a room closer to the mall side is on Friday night the DJ literally dropped few beats that banged my head and glassware in the room. Also requested for a good coffee to Priyanka, but seems the instruction was missed and received same coffee again which got replaced after complaining, but that was also forced(made out of same machine's espresso) coffee The reason that I was disappointed the most from this hotel was I expected 5 star services, but I have received better service in a 3star hotel in the same city. Also last night was very much expensive for me even though i didn't ask for the suite. What I liked about the hotel the most: Front office staff and their courtesy - that was actually 5 star. Apart from that everything was 1-2/10

Had a wonderful stay in this property, But service in the restaurant is a bit lag. Pool is so small for such a property. Except this two everything was so good in my stay, specially its connected to the mall is a good thing.
