Easy check in and check out. I received an upgraded room, which was very nice. Breakfast was very good, but limited dairy free products, and they respect very well the safety measures related to COVID, although guests using the gym were no using masks.

This feedback covers various stays 9 to 13 nov and 16/17 nov. overall it was fine although have stayed at the property a number of times and felt the “personal” touch might have been lacking lately ?. Previously i used to receive emails prior to the stay welcoming me and asking for the approx check in time. During these stays It just seems the personal welcoming was missing. Having said that all the staff provided assistance when needed although was disappointed at checkout on the last day where i asked for 1700 and was only offered 1500. It was pointed out to me the the late checkout was subject to availability which i was well aware of. The person was very polite but would have thought my track record at the hotel might have been taken into account. Anyway i did ask again later with another Person where i did recap my earlier discussion and this time there was no issue ..yes of course 1700 is fine. At least i let with a better impression.

Great staff, but the hotel is not in good shape. The room seems QUITE old. Not enough outlets. Very odd furniture. It's like I walked into my gradfather's hotel. The common areas are nice, though, and the gym is pretty decent.

Operation appeared to be impeccably efficient - until my badly needed wake up call was not delivered.

Dirty, broken

Room 509 needs serious maintenance. Broken sink with contaminated cracks; toilet cover missing parts; toilet higienic shower spills water in every direction; shower knobs broken and rusty; glass tables in the room full of stains. To add insult to injury, when I arrived late night there were no toileteries in the bathroom. Please fix it.

The Housekeeper would like to ask one specific question to help her: you said there were no toiletries when you arrived. Nothing was found? Neither shampoo and soap? Or were there items missing or in an inappropriate quantity? The reception team registered the occurrence on your guest profile. And the hotel offers you a free room upgrade to a more recently updated room category on your next visit. It would be very important to the team to reverse your bad impressions. Peaceful and value for money.... not far away from airport nor from the city....Good room service, breakfast and bar too. It also have pool, fuzzball, tennis and basketball court for all sport lovers. Pool bar as well as gym.

Very close to the São Paulo Int'l Airport (8 min drive), it is very convenient for those who want to catch a very early flight or need to have a good rest upon arrival from a long-haul trip. Friendly and efficient service from check-in up to check-out. Excellent accomodations with very comfortable beds. In one word: excellent!

I always stay overnight here when arriving/leaving Brazil. One of the best Pullman hotels I've stayed at worldwide. The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull, with great attention to detail. The rooms are modern, well equipped and clean. The breakfast selection is great with a chef preparing fresh dishes to order of you wish. Hotel looks great overall, executive facilities are great and the free shuttle bus to the airport terminal is a plus. Can fully recommend.

Good hotel with cool vibe. Good sized and well-equipped room. Pool area with food and beverage was a bonus for his kind of hotel. The reception was under-staffed when we arrived with only one receptionist dealing with multiple guests, so there was a short wait to check-in.

Stayed many times but this time booked executive floor room ....... if you are on a long day stopover its well worth the extra for the comfort and relaxation. Complimentary refreshments in executive lounge include an excellent cheeseboard .... staff as always are really helpful.
