We like everything, except the dining room and the staff . The menu need to be improved. More international choices. The buffet was just ok.

Besides be only 10 min away from the airport, the accommodations and food where awesome! Also kids friendly environment and 1/2 day stay in case you need extra hours before your flight. I recommend and I will be back in my next vacation.

After a domestic flight in the evening and while waiting the result of a PCR test in order to enter Europe, I chose to stay again at the Pullman hotel. Just as the previous times, the hotel met all my expectations, from all perspectives (transport to/from airport, comfort, food, cleanliness, staff competence). I certainly recommend this hotel over any other in the area. On the other hand, I would like to mention one item which has room for improvement: perhaps the hotel could add adjusted check in and check out times - on the reservation platform - for the customers who will use the room outside of the standard check in and out hours, like airline crews. Of course I do understand that such adjustment might cause a big effort for the hotel staff (maids etc), but I sincerely think it would attract even more customers, especially the ones coming from/departing for long flights. thank you

Outstandingly clean room, great breakfast. Two problems though: 1. the view from the room is impaired by all the spiders and cobwebs. That’s disgusting. 2. The pool wasn’t all that clean

Com efeito, como o hotel está em área verde, sempre ocorrem aranhas nas janelas e o hotel precisa contratar uma empresa que faz a remoção e limpeza pelo lado externo periodicamente. Está programado um serviço para os próximos meses, enquanto não for realizado, evitaremos utilizar o quarto para o mesmo perfil de hóspedes. The shuttle was running and picked me up at the airport. The welcome went smoothly and I was given a room upgrade. The lady at the help desk printed my Pre-embarque document and had the bell-boy bring it to my room. The bed was really comfortable. The wake-up call was on time and my surname was pronounced correctly. As I was going to miss the breakfast I asked if I could have some fruit - I was given a packet of fruit when I checked out with a guava, an apple, a pear, strawberries and grapes and the fruit was sweet. The shuttle was running at 2 am and dropped me off at the airport again.

I was very impressed with the level of care about Covid Protocols. Arriving from Europe I honestly felt extremely safe and it was obvious that the staff in all the areas of the hotel have been very well trained to abide by the protocols. check-in was a breeze which is one of the things I really appreciate after a long flight and breakfast in the morning is always the best way to start a day. But perhaps the best feature is the soundproof rooms and corridors, the hotel is really an oasis for a good rest!

Had a long layover at GRU and stayed in the Kids Club Room with my family for a day use. From the moment we arrived, Luan made us feel like home, meeting us to assist with luggage, taking is to our room and explaining all of the amenities to us. He realized that my Portuguese was not very strong and switched to English to make me feel more comfortable. He is definitely a shining star at the Pullman and an excellent person to make the first impression. The room was not set up for a kids visit when we arrived. Last year, they had a tee pee one visit and the bathtub full of balls the second time. They had crayons in the room but no paper to color on. After visiting the front desk, they did adjust and provide the balls and paper for my son to play. The wifi account was not set under my last name and I had to again visit the front desk to connect to the internet. As part of the room, the hotel provided a drink ticket for the bar that was written as “2+1” which was explained to us as 2 adults + 1 child, however, when my husband (a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker) went to get us the drinks, he was insulted by a member of the wait staff and told that he was trying to lie and they would not give a juice for my son. We would have paid had it not been included, but the front desk told us it was and we went to the front desk for clarification. The waiter then changed his story saying the kids juice needed to be in plastic. Not a problem!! All in all, this visit was very different than our previous visits to this hotel. It felt disorganized and not as smooth as our other visits. That being said, the front desk staff was very friendly and quick to correct or respond to concerns. We will be back next year.

Few pointers I would change: -cleaner rooms (found previous guest hair on phone and fake eye lashes on towel) -make sure coffee machine works (couldn’t make nexpresso as offered) -have bed sheets and not just comforter

The restaurant did have a problem with the coffee machine. The supplier was contacted and the machines were then exchanged. It's true that there is only a blanket to cover your body on the standard bed preparation. But the preference for having bed sheets was put in your guest profile, so the team can deliver the room on the way you like on the next visits. The cleanliness issues were taken seriously. The right measures will be taken by the Management to avoid recurrences. Once again, thank you for giving the hotel the opportunity to act on the improvement opportunities. The best ever. Right in front of the airport, car rental places at walking distance, the best restaurants at the airport deliver thru food. Beautifull resort style pool. Breakfast was included and delicious. With a homelet station, delicious chocolate filled croissant, fresh tropical fruits and juices. This place is paradise!! The servers are so nice and professional. Complementary valet parking. The rooms are spotless, sheets , pillow cases are changed every day, shower is spacious, and shower head is like a rain fall. The lobby is very elegant and cozy, with pool table, foosball table, nice bar.

Long wait for airport transfer

Arrived at GRU airport after a very long flight with 2 kids i called the hotel twice asking when and where was the airport transfer and the hotel staff keep telling me it should be there soon the shuttle is on the way ,after waiting almost 1h15 min debating on the phone with the staff and me sending pictures to them wondering if I was on the wrong location, one of the hotel staff Bianca finally contact the driver and send me the shuttle time table and informed that was No shuttle service between 10am to 12pm . I wish the staff was better informed at the hotel it would save me the hustle and the wait, I would just taken a taxi .

The front desk and everyone else were really nice, respectful and very attentive to my needs.the room was great, the bed really good, pillows were exactly what I had chosen, very clean room and bathroom. I would like to point that the A/C could have been cooler, the thermostat goes only down to 18C and I really hoped to have a cooler room. Breakfast was a little expensive for the kind of food available. The breads were not fresh, as a baker I know they were at least 24 hours old, crumbly and dry. I mean, all of each type of bread offered seemed to be old except pao de queijo(which tasted a little oily) great coffee and juice, lots of fresh fruits (I would suggest bigger mugs instead of the 200ml cups) I understand this is the land of “cafezinho” but, I love a big mug of black gold in the mornings. There were some crew banging something in the bar area,trying to fix something, the music was too loud and I would say it was over stimulating for somebody who is still waking up.

Peaceful and value for money.... not far away from airport nor from the city....Good room service, breakfast and bar too. It also have pool, fuzzball, tennis and basketball court for all sport lovers. Pool bar as well as gym.
