I stayed for one week, they will not fill minibar, beer, coffee and spoon also. When I ask them to bring them, they will fill immediately. And I asked them to borrow electronic kettle, they also bring immediately. Ask something without hesitation, they will do everything you want.

Location is good but rooms veruy dated falling apart.

Very comfortable room, extremely clean, great bed and pillows. Service very good especially as we don't speak Spanish. Restaurant and drinks very reasonable. Excellent help from the front desk when ordering a taxi. Whole hotel has a professional feel to it. Only there for 1 night as a stopover but it was nice to get a good nights sleep in this quiet room

No complaints whatsoever. Room was very satisfactory, clean and every item in the room functioned as required and a comfortable bed. The restaurant served excellent meals and was always set up appropriately with staff ever vigilant of customer needs.

in the morning, i left at 09:00 leaving the "please make up my room" on the door; i returned at 15:15 and the room wasn't made up yet. i had to wait for half an hour more. I went to the restaurant, the service was slow. i charged my room, and after half an hour later the manager found me and asked me to pay since "the system was off". Later, i was looking for a bar tender to get me a drink on the roof bar but nobody was there. Again, i was told to pay and not to charge my room. The room was nice, the front desk were very polite and friendly, but the overall experience was low.

Personal not really nice, room not luminous with a very bad soundproof, swimmingpool closed.... During my stay there were remodeling works upstairs my room at 3 am-4am !!! Impossible to sleep during 1 hour...

I stayed in this hotel 2 times , in my first time was very good ( Business ). But This time ( Leisure ) it was no so good. Breakfast need to improve and service ( people ) need to be more attention with guest, more friendly. Housekeepers service was good and front desk excellent.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel in Santiago. The reception desk are awesome, they cannot do enough to help you. We used their services on many occasions to confirm pick ups for tours and the airport. The breakfast is great, a wide selection of items to choose from.

Room and cleanliness much needed. The floors inside the room needs a good mopping and the carpets in the hallway a good vacuum. Bathroom needs to be renovated. Water damage on the wall, leaky toilet and sometimes didn’t flush.

Impossible to have early check in even if I asked in advance. On the day I left the elevator was not working. Nice room, clean and comfortable.

the hotel in question has disappointed my whole family, no deposition of room hygiene items, breakfast disorganization requested, leisure area under renovation and the choice of hotel was seen in the photos and lack of maintenance.
