Extremely poorly maintained hotel! Dirty room with a lot of noise!

Horrible experience unfortunately, with a dirty room and big bugs on the bed.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst lodging experiences in my life. The hotel is in need of basic maintenance such as painting, but this is just the start. The bathroom was dirty with hair all over the floor and in the shower. Afterwards, I was surprised by a 5-cm centipede walking on the bed. I killed the bug and took a picture. After showing it to staff, they said they were sorry, but no other measures were taken. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This is far below the Mercure standards.

Very poor service, stayed one week. During all this time had several maintenance issues that were not resolved. The rooms were not very clean.

Excelent hotel very close to BR324, Airport and Salvador Mall. You easily access the major Salvador sightseeing points by car or Uber. The breakfast is good with several options. The hotel offers a great fitness center and the pool is excelent.

The persons who work in the hotel are very sympathic, but thw hotel is very dysordely. I had problem with the kitchen in 3 different situations in 5 days. The Gym is bad cared and need a urgent manutencion

Room perfect but restaurant average

I stayed for just one night. When I arrived I had lunch before going to my ap. The food had nothing so especial considering the price. I've stayed in other hotels in Salvador where the restaurant had better food taste and better price. The room was perfect clean and organized, also there were no noises from the corridor or outside to interrupt my work or sleep. I didn't use the internet once my cell phone conection was better than the hotel's.

Even without water to wash your hands, brush your teeth or take a shower the hotel charged like the entire service was provided. It was requested that it should not be charged because of the lack of service, but the recepcionist said that it should be charged anyway

We liked the kettle and the free tea and coffe. The service was amazing, but we didn't like the dirty window at our room. We couldn't see the landscape cleary and we couldn't open the full window. The breakfeast was so good.

Staff team is great. They were very helpful indicating local points as restaurants, calling taxis and solving any issues. Only point is about blackout in the room. Do not cover very well all clarity from external.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure Pituba. The hotel structure is very good, all very well maintained and clean.The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is very good, easy to move to various locations of the city, has the Coco Bamboo restaurant next to the hotel. Note that the hotel parking is paid , it costs 15 reais per day.

It was not a good time . No storage room in a day and lack of towels. As a client le club, was the mercure of poorer quality compared to storage and feedback. There was returning from complaints made ​​by calling the room.

All hotel is good. The people are very polite. the cleanlinnes are very good. the dood is good also. The location is very good. the bed is good. But I'd like to have more televison channels: for sport and movies (Telecine). Mauro

The room could have been much cleaner On the first night we had to ask to move room due up a baby next door who could not stop crying One the stuff was very attentive he gave us loads of advice on where to go and what to rafael was his name surname starts with z hard to say :)
