The room was good, needing some attention to details. Both the sink and shower had water issues, like water not draining fast enough on the sink or the shower water temperature changing between cold and hot all the time. Staff was friendly, food was mostly very good but lacking a bit more options. Hotel was renovating the lobby so it was not ideal. I would consider staying there again. Location is excellent.

As always, it was a great experience. The whole team is very thoughtful. I was a bit sad that the restaurants were closed for remodeling, but it didn't affect the experience too much. Keep up the good work guys, it's great to have the hotel up and running again.

I had problems ordering meals in my experience in Pullman. All of them were delayed by 2h. When I ordered food by application called ifood, before my meal has arrived I requested some dishes and forks from reception and they delivered for me after 1h!! ( the food at this time was already cold). Also sometimes when i called the front desk, the phone was busy. In terms of apartments they are ok, cleaning also ok. Massage in hotel for me is expensive, although I know hotel is using L'occitane products, but the price could be better. Piano not possible to use in reception. Breakfast - Croissants were not crisp. Expecting this hotel is from a famous french brand this should be fixed. All hotels were the brand is french the croissants are crisp and fresh. All employees were educated when speaking with me (from Breakfast to front desk)

Being insulted by staff when raising issues is not what I expect from the Pullman brand. Add to the the total lack of communication from management when issues are raised and deserve their attention. The location of the hotel is great and there are some really good staff too which makes me believe that this is a good place to stay and just needs the opportunity to get back to what it was and still could be.

Room was a bit outdated but clean, shower was terrible. One could hear noises from next door, and window was not closing properly. Check in and check out was slow and my overall experience was negative. Maybe hotel was too busy.

I stay with Accor all around the world and every time I go to Brazil to visit my relatives I pick one from my list of my preferred hotels that I am used to. However, this time I decided to try, for the first time, Pullman Vila Olimpia and, although it is usual to find usual courtesy and professionalism among the staff across Accor worldwide chain, the personnel at Pullman Vila Olimpia exceeded my expectations! Initially I was planning a stay only accompany by my mom, but at the last minute I had to change my reservation to include my father and the team was extremely friendly and understanding, helping me to figure out the best rooms to accommodate my elderly parents and their needs. Not only that, everyone was very caring and kind in dealing with them. Something I'll never forget!

I have been travelling to São Paulo on a weekly basis for the past 4 months. Pullman has one of the best infrastructures in the city, however one of the worst customer service amongst competitors. Customer Service at Pullman is far below what is expected for such a hotel. I ordered food one day and it was lost because the staff was not able to communicate between themselves. I told the staff I had ordered food and that it would be delivered in 30 minutes, however the front desk was not aware, and the food magically disappeared. When I told front desk that the food was lost, the staff told me they would investigate and call back. Guess what? They neve bothered to return and explain. No apologies whatsoever. Who solved my problem? Ifood, who refunded me. Moreover, front desk was slow and not proactive at all. During check-in I was standing in line for a good 10 minutes waiting for the front desk person to finish a conversation with another guest (that should run a lot shorter given there is a person in line). Once the chitchat was finished, the front desk person asked me “Oh, I am sorry, are you waiting?”. I was literally standing there for 10 minutes, what else would I be doing? I had checked-in earlier and just needed my key. However, this was probably too complicated, I had to wait another 5 minutes to just get a keycard with 2 people checking the system. At breakfast, no one came to our table to offer the menu options, although they were doing that for other tables. I found out there were menu options when I saw other people ordering it and had to go get the menu at another table. I would not only prioritize foreigners. Moreover, the tables are uneven. I am well aware those are minor issues. If I was staying at Ibis I would not say a word, it is part of the package. However, when you stay at Pullman, one expects to have the service level from a Pullman experience.

Asked for an electronic version of my bill and yet to receive the correct invoice from the hotel. Verified my email but waiting. Outside of that the stay, service, room were good. Would like to see the gym with more equipment for a full work out.
