I was very well attended by the reception, the hotel has a great location, and the rooms are comfortable. The hotel has a good breakfast and the staff are attentive, and it was a Great cost benefit. I've been to work and leisure.

« Night in Hell »

I had to sleep in a improvised bed that basically was 2 single beds together trying to be king one. Even considering the beds were fixed there was a canyon in the middle. As a result of that, my back hurts until today. In addition, there was a fixed noisy air conditioning on the wall. To be honest with you I'm pretty sure that the main objective of this equipment it to make noisy instead of cooling the temperature.

The hotel is very Nice and the staff friendly. However the cleaning of the room each day is a bit approximative. Towels not always changes, sink dirty. The hotel is a bit noisy but very well located.

« Good stay, good service in a nice city »

Overhaul it was a very pleasant stay. On my final bill did appear a breakfast never taken by me but it was amended immediately and the communication Problem between 17:00 and 7 PM wasn't really an issue on my late check-out. This time my billing address was correct and i was very satisfied with the staff during check-in and check out.

« Door lock card didnt working (can not get in the room) + Safety box can not open »

I booked hotel 18-22 July (18-19 and 19-22) The key card didnt work after we on 19 July after we came back to the room around 7pm. Hotel solved problem after we came back. With complimentary cheese and salami. We dont eat cheese. Last night 20 July our safty lock unable to open again. technician is in room now. And trying to open the box for us. Front told me the hotel will change new safety box. I feel thank you technicians who try to solve problem with key card and door plus the one qho try to help open the saferñty box. My husband also booked the room 22-26 he even still prefer to stay here for his work even we had bad time twice!!! I think Mercure is good but this is bad time for me really. If hotel wants to compensate please give me special points. Cheese or food I dont want. We cant go out because we must wait for technician. I hope my husband stay will not have problem like mine.
