Everything was fine. Breakfast was perfect with many options. Staff super. Parking Ok, WiFi Ok. The price is a little bit high compared with other hotels nearby but it is totally worth it. Attention to google maps, it will not lead you to the main entrance.

Bad sound insulation

The room does not have good sound insulation. It is possible to hear noises coming from the corridor and from other people's rooms. Despite this, the room is well equipped and decorated. I liked the bathroom, much better than the one at the Grand Mercure Ibirapuera. The staff is friendly and attentive. Hotel well located.

We were very satisfy with the service, however a little bit of extra attention at the bathroom cleaning process and the internet connection at the 5th floor should be conducted.

Great stay, card keys were an issue

I liked the room, breakfast, service and amenities. The card keys were a problem, I had to change my card key for more than 6 times in 3 days. I had my card far from any electronic device and it didn’t work

We really enjoyed our stay. Great staff, very helpful and always available. Nice room. The breakfast was good and with many options. The Grand Mercure has many options around like good restaurants and bars and is very close to a nice Shopping Mall. We had a good time and we totally recommend it.

Hotel under renovation and poor service. Rooms with old furniture, smell of paint, no Le Club service at any time, should not have the Mercure brand, the only good thing is the location. Another option would be the Pullman hotel which is next to the Mercure.

It was 2nd time I went to this hotel and again had problem. At check in I had to change 3 times my room (going up and down in the elevator) because the hotel did not reserved the correct room that I've booked 2 months ago. Moreover, staff tried to say that I had booked the wrong room trying to put me in another one. I do not recommend to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is near a shopping mall, whcih helps in founding foods and also general shops. Located in a business area, is very quiet during the night making you rest much better. The hotel is clean, nice looking and also offer a gim whick is very good. I recommend.
