I spent 38 nights at the hotel and absolute love my experience there. My only complaint was the internet connection that sometimes were weak.

My preferred hotel in Belo Horizonte, staff are great, rooms are huge with comfy beds & a good shower. Breakfast has a great selection & a chef on hand for additional items. The hotel is located in a nice area, less than an hour from the airport and across from a busy shopping centre with a wide range of shops & restaurants (Madero is best). All around a great hotel when visiting Belo!

The room have some defects on bathroom - that was promptly correct, it's true - but the floor was spotted by some chemical product. They open a new restaurant in front lobby and the park lot was a mas due to te amount of cars to park at the same lime. The white wine welcome drink was not chilled, so it was not possible to be drink at my arrival (I had to carry it to my room). Waiters were careless in the hotel restaurant - they just doesn't show up to take costumer orders.

Nice stay. All services were perfect. Housekeeping team very helpful. Breakfast overpriced in comparison with other hotels (same category).I did the majority of my breakfasts on a Bakery nearby the hotel.

very nice hotel, located in an upscale neighborhood across the street from a shopping mall. very nice restaurant at the hotel, staff very friendly and attentive, however most of them don't speak English. Room is big and bed comfy. the only thing I would point is the bathroom that could use an upgrade.

Still haven't fixed shower drainage issue

I have been staying at this hotel for 10 years and every time, every room the shower floor is sloped away from the drain, so you are always standing in a pool of water. Annoying to step into a cool pool of water in the morning. Each stay i report this, except this last stay, and each time the front desk agent appears surprised as if I am the first guest to report the issue. The hotel is too cheap to correct the issue with the shower floors. I put up with it because of the good hotel location.

It was pleasure to spend some days in Cesar Business Belvedere, under excellent customer care and helpfull personnell! We spent also for 2 weeks in the hotel at the beginning of 2006 when we moved to Brazil, and the hotel is now better than that time in terms of personnel quality and taking care of the customers!

The staff was nice and really helpful. The bed was great, and the room was spacious. There is a huge mall right in front of it, so you can eat and get some groceries or medicines. It's quite far from downtown, but, I easy to go by taxi.

My trip was for laser. This hotel is very close a large shopping. It is easy to go a main sightseeing of Belo Horizonte and is easy to go a Inhotim Park and Historical Cities. The hotel is comfortable, the people are lovely and the services is very good.
