So I am an Accor Member. I stay in Novotel's regularly. I felt the hotel was ok. We stayed for 7 days. For me the issues is the front desk and duty managers. We travelled with 3 children one of which is disabled (Autistic). We booked this hotel to use the pool, there is nothing on the website to say this pool is closed at all. We checked in and and asked where the pool was we were told it was closed. The duty manager came out and shrugged his shoulders and said it is closed for winter. I had rang Accor before booking and they said it would be open as it is not saying closed. The Restaurant team and Cleaning team were polite and professional. Front desk not. we were not asked about our stay on check out they did not even say goodbye. I will be emailing customer services with a full break down on the stay.

The staff was excellent from the moment we arrived! The food was delicious! All the staff were very accommodating to help us because we do not speak Italian! Unfortunately, my wife was experiencing gastric upset before we arrived, which got worse. The staff, Viviana and Alba contacted and brought doctors to our room and translated in English for the doctors! Then the staff coordinated with the Chef to make food recommended by the doctor! The manager of Viviana and Alba assisted in getting the doctor to make a house call! In general, the facility was clean and beautiful! The staff are a shining star in the Novotel company! I highly recommend this wonderful hotel! They went above and beyond to make our visit wonderful! Thank you so very much! This staff should be the benchmark for other hotels in your company! Mille Gratszia!!!

The room was old and smelly of smoke. The toilet flush was difficult to use, the bathroom and room were dirty and the floor carpet was full of stains!!!
