Dear Sir/ Madame, I am a loyal member of ALL ACCOR, holding a Gold Membership. I travel across the world and always stay in your High standard Serviced Appartments. My stay in Paris was the worse one until now. First of all, I did not get even a kettle to boil water to make tea. My arrival and welcoming experience was fine. However, the next day, when I asked for a blanket, the receptionist, a young black guy was very rude. I asked him very politely to ask the housekeeping to put the blanket in my room please. He does not listen,´ at all. It’s not possible he says, I should come tomorrow and get it myself and take to my room. The other bad experience I had on the day of my check out, on the March 4th. I have a call to reception, to give me a late check out, as per my Gold Membership policy. The receptionist ( middle age black guy, Saw him before I left) tells me, not possible, I have to go out, and he does not care about my membership. Then, I asked him, how much it should be, I want to pay until 14:00. I had my patient waiting for me in the other side of the Teams, for ouf online session. He quits the phone, by yelling at me, that I have to go out. What was that? Is that the standard of ACCOR, or that was a human factor? It is not even about my membership, it is about humanity and how we treat each other. I am very disappointed. My Husband Karim El-Semman is for many years a Platinum member et if Accor, I am a good member. I pay over 90€ for 3* adagio access, and I don’t get even a kettle to boil the water, or the hotel puts me out to be checked out and do not apply the policy for Golf members. For 6 nights I cannot change my towel and I have to pay for another one. I would like to get a compensation for this inconvenience and low quality service!!!

Great hotel.. very clean rooms and very near to metro station. Under budget big rooms we stayed there for 5 days and had absolutely no issues. We loved the whole vibe of the hotel. Great surroundings and very accessible via bus route to all the attractions.
