The rooms are spacious with a lot of natural light. Staff is very professional and warm at the same time. I would recommend for a business and family stay.

Horrible stay and experience. My room was changed 3 times and only while moving to the fourth one I was offered some assistance with the luggage. I was getting excuses that the hotel is at the capacity due to some flight cancellations. But how does it matter to me as a guest who has her own schedules to meet? As much as I’m patient and tolerant this is just unacceptable. When the air conditioning was broken in the first room shouldn’t it be a natural step to check that everything is in working order in the next assigned room? Unfortunately not in that hotel(!). 2nd room had broken ac and the 3rd one a broken window. Multiple excuses stopped reaching my ears after exhausted I was moving to the forth room at 11.40pm.

Szanowna Pani Joanno, Bardzo Panią przepraszam, że tak późno odpowiadam na Pani ocenę. Z przerażeniem czytałam opis sytuacji, które zafundowali Pani moi pracownicy i bardzo mi wstyd. Oczywiście, jak większość branż cierpimy na braki kadrowe, jednoczenie szkolimy nowe osoby jak tylko uda się nam je pozyskać. Ten proces szkolenia w trakcie pracy nieco dekoncentruje szkolących, czyli pracowników doświadczonych. W żadnym wypadku jednak nie chcę tym tłumaczyć opisanych sytuacji, nic nas nie tłumaczy. Bardzo Panią przepraszam za to wszystko co się wydarzyło w naszym hotelu i nie pozwoliło Pani wypocząć. By choć trochę zrekompensować Pani ten nieudany pobyt, naliczymy na Pani konto programu ALL taką dodatkową liczbę punktów by pokryła ona koszty pobytu w naszym hotelu. Jeszcze raz bardo Panią przepraszam i dziękuję za te opisy zdarzeń, ponieważ pozwalają nam ukierunkować szkolenia pracowników. Pozostaję z poważaniem, Iwona Świtek General Manager
