Confusão nos aptos, pois fiz duas reservas para dias diferentes, quarto simples e quarto com sofá. Segundo os atendentes o sistema registrou as duas reservas como quartos simples. Então não conseguiram mudar de quarto. Também houve um problema c as malas, que foram para um quarto e atendente me mandou oara outro.

27-09-2021 I arrived and stayed at the Ibis Styles Lyon Villeurbanne in Le Parc de la Tete d'Or. 130 Blvd du 11 Novembre 191869100 VILLEURBANNE FRANCE. I have a disabled child, so when traveling with him I am forced to use parking spaces for the disabled, I have the necessary parking sign "disabled". Upon arrival at the hotel car park, both disabled parking spaces were occupied by cars which did not have a sign to occupy them. One circumstance turned out to be interesting. I stayed at this hotel about three months ago. In the same parking lot for the disabled, without a sign to that effect, then stood the same Renault car as today. As far as I know, this is a hotel employee’s car. I informed the receptionist about the situation and asked to ensure that the disabled parking space was vacated. Unfortunately, I did not get help, but bullying. Some hotel employee, as I understood it, a kitchen worker escorted me to the parking lot, took me to the farthest end from the entrance to the hotel, and showed me the allegedly disabled parking space there. He then tried to stick a sheet of paper on the column to the parking lot, on which was printed "reserved personally for Mr. ...." When I was asked to stop the bullying, he explained that the hotel thought I needed a personal space, as I was demanding that a specific space be vacated when there were more vacancies in the car park. Later, the receptionist asked if everything was in order, and if I answered no, he regretted it, because the said employee allegedly tried to help me, but ... I would like to emphasize that the other free spaces were narrow and my child is disabled, has difficulty walking, so getting in and out of the car requires fully opening the door. This requires ample parking. Therefore, my claim was not of any whim. All the more so as disabled places have been occupied by cars without allowing signs to do so, which in the civilized world is considered a violation of traffic rules. Therefore, I thought the hotel staff would react accordingly, all the more so as the offender was possibly a hotel employee. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. And anyway, a good hotel, a delicious breakfast. I recommend. Only if something goes wrong, do not ask the administration for help. The nerves will stay healthier.

Stop over on the way to Côte d’Azur

We stopped over for a night on our way to the Côte d’Azur. The lovely Juliet in reception spent time with us showing us the places to visit with some handy tips. Really Juliet was exceptionally helpful. Accor you should be proud of this lady and reward her.

very nice hotel, great breakfast. free parking on the street right outside...actually more convenient than the hotel carpark!. Tram nearby. We'd definitely come back! Only problem was the airconditioning, which did not really cool the room. It was record hot, but we had looked forward to the a/c. this is why I gave a lower score for 'rooms'

Having parked in the hotel car park which is a total challenge, the spaces are extrememly narrow and eventually we had to use one of the handicapped spaces (luckily there were a lot and non in use). The access to the car park requires you to drive up & down the ramp on the wrong side of the road??? !! Most odd. I am not sure what ones postion would be with insurance if you hit an incoming car . Having parked and with our luggage tried to access the hotel through the car park door we were left standing ringing for at least 10 mins; I must have rung at least 20 times. I could hear the reception staff on the intercom. Eventually my husband left me with the luggage and walked out via the ramp (after ringing to get the door open) to the road and round to the hotel. The receptionist came down to let me in. No apology at all. It was made clear without using actually saying so that we didn't know how to ring the door bell. I was very annoyed. Later in the evening having gone out we come back through the car park to see the door is now wedged open. So I nicely remarked that they had found that their was a probelm with the bell after all. I got a hauty no there is not a problem (from the same woman), just one other person got stuck. Again no apology. The rooms do not merit Ibis Styles. They are small, no international channels on the television. We had one just one clothes hangar in our room & no spare pillows (just one pillow each), so my husband went downstairs and was given some extra hangers but was told there were spare pillows in the cupboard in the room. I show him there isn't and he has to go back down again to get the pillows; Again no apology. The next morning we found the breakfast poor, a regular Ibis has a much better choice and there were no gluten free products available. Regular Ibis always has some gluten free bread to heat up. I struggled to put a breakfast together. I was not impressed by this hotel and would not return there. Luckil on checkout day the young receptionist was charming;
