Why accor cut my point during this stay at mercure karawang, I get 82 point, but accor cut 82 point

Hotel mercure karawang such a comfortable hotel to stay cation. But, i thought the room for that type & price is a little bit small for me. & the lighting of the room is not really enough, it could & have to be brightener i think. But, i really satisfied for the breakfast, because its really complete and delicious enough for me. But overall, its a comfortable staycation. Thankyou! ✨

On Room 1006 the television had an white spot on the screen so its not good when watching television during stay. An the Air Conditioner is not hot even in the night with rainy weather, i ready set to 14 degree with mode cooling but still hot. I am very sad because we stay during PPKM so i cant give experience about the breakfast.

Slow receptionist and no welcoming fruit/cake

I am a silver member booked via accor app. When check in, the receptionist could not get my reservation, I must wait for 10 minutes. After showing my email reservation and chevk in till check out I did not get my right as siber member such as welcoming fruit or small cake. I think this poor standard is out of Accor quality.

The location is excellent, no traffic jam, very easy to reach and the surrounding area is good for shopping, food central, transport to anywhere is available, apple and secure parking area, the resto is good and the coffee is good enough

This is my second visit to this hotel. I found that the physical facilities and services are consistently perfect. Special amenities for Accor Plus members are provided exactly according to the book. This is worth noting because at some other Accor hotels member amenities are furnished only intermittently.

this was my first visit at mercure karawang. i stayed for the weekend with family. overall was great stay for us, from check in time until check out. The rooms's clean, spacious and very comfortable as well as the service. i wish i could stay more longer...next time for sure.

This is my returned stay at this hotel. Perhaps that reflects my appreciation of the hotel accommodation standards. However, I did experience a bitter incident whereby I tried contacting the hotel via email for some booking re-arrangement , but didn't get any response even after 2 emails. That almost cost me missing my homebound flight. Other than that, I still view this hotel at high regards.

Several times stay in here since this hotel newly open. I can feel the quality of services is down. Many issues happened during my lately stay. Some complained were being forwarded but no respond from the duty manager Food quality(taste) and variety at the restaurant is consider not good for 4 star rated. Several times inputs given but not shows a feedback or improvement. Can say Management is poorly respond to guest's complained/input.

Did Not Expect to Find This in Karawang

Karawang being mostly an industrial town, it surprised me to find this, one of the best Mercure hotels I have ever stayed at. Check in staff thanked me for my loyalty with Accor and upgraded my reservation to a room looking down on the pool and the Karawang mall across the street. I found that the room had been prepared for me, with plentiful of fruits and cakes set on the table when I walked in. With many Japanese factories in the area, the hotel adapts by having Japanese themes. I had a nice dinner at the Japanese restaurant, followed by some relaxing time at the sauna and Japanese style bath. The hotel is still new, so everything feels fresh and clean.

Hotel surrounding by the Malls

New and Best Hotel in Karawang. Just beside the Malls, so easy to find food and entertainment. The room not to big but comfort and cozy enough. The Swimming Pool is nice. But I got a little problem with breakfast experience. The don't fast added the finished food, keep the plate empty. Also not keep the food (especially the soup) warm. So I got not good experience with breakfast ... but the food taste quite good.
