The hotel is in a good location. The service was excellent, the staff extremely helpful. Only the closets were missing, so we had to keep the clothes in a suitcase, which is not a good solution.

« Clean, courteous service, but unreliable system »

(+) Room was clean as expected from an Accor/Ibis Hotel, so was the courteous service. (-) Morning call was unreliable, failing one or of three times I requested. Luckily I had a backup alarm. (-) System did not know that I had paid for the checkout extension time, and the staff asked for a double payment. Luckily I paid by credit card and kept the proof. (-) Some of the towels were too old, ragged, almost torn. (-) Shower bar/head had its own mind, could not stay in other positions but one. Room 228.

It was a pleasant stay at Ibis Bali Legian Street as it was centrally located and it was easily accessible. The front desk was very friendly and so was the staff manning the breakfast booth. The breakfast food was a good spread. The bed was comfortable however the towel given smelled of smoke. Even though the towel was changed everyday, it still had a smokey smell to it. If this can tackled, it would have been a perfect 10 for me.

« Beautiful Sunset at the roof top »

Total days i stay with ibis street almost 2 weeks from 11 januari -26 jan (2 rooms) all reservations under my name.book at accor app and other travel app.during the period of staying, the breakfast always remain same (with green bean porrige and milk coconut) and sausage all the days,very less options. And in the last 2 nights of my staying here i need to move to other room cause reception said i was booked twin bed in that day and all rooms double beds are full. Mean while i had stay long time but still not have any understanding, still i need to packing again to move to other room. So we decide to move to other hotel sol house legian which then its surprised me they upgrade us for free to their one of their suite room. While I'm as a member accor and need to move to other room just because bed size after long stay. Pool has limited chair as well.

Great location and very friendly staff. 15min satisfaction was great for a midnight room service. However we were in rooms near the lift and it was noisy when foot traffic was busy in the morning.

Everything was great. Only disappointment was breakfast: vegetables weren’t fresh and frying oil had a fishy taste. I’d had rather not pay the extra for breakfast and go eat elsewhere.

This is a hotel with good value for the money you’ve paid. The rooms are small but they are clean and have all the necessary appliances. It has a cooler instead of a mini bar which was unfortunate for us who were staying for a long period and would have loved to have a mini fridge instead of a mini cooler. The only issue I have had was the strong insecticide smell in the elevators. Other than that the breakfast, room, other appliance are quite good (again for the money you ve paid). Haven’t tried the pool.

« Just what we needed »

We arrived earlier than check-in time and the staff was kind enough to let us leave our baggage while we roam around the area and find someplace to get lunch. When we got back the rooms are ready so we were able to check-in early. We were hoping to freshen up and get a bit of rest before we head out but it took them a really long time to bring us our luggage. In fact, it was taking too long that we decided to go to the lobby and get what we need. As for the room, it was clean and had everything I need. My only issue is the toilet bowl is not in its cleanest form. I can stil see some dirt where the flush water comes out. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, the place was tidy and nice, the cold chlorinated rooftop pool was amazing, room service was excellent and the room was decent size. I would suggest cleaning the rooftop pool glass so that users can have a nicer view of the cityscape.
