Access to hotel was a great inconvenience. Had to take backside road and sometimes, taxis found it difficult to navigate. Room was good and elevators did not give problems to reach the floor. Decor is old and trust that you are planning to rennovate

« ONLY TWO SMALL BOTTLES OF WATER IS GIVEN EVERY 24 HOURS »

The greatest frustration with this hotel is this hotel gives only two very small bottles of water to its guests in twenty four hours, in hot summer if we request for some more bottles ( which is obvious considering very hot climate of Saudi Arabia ) thye flatly refuse.

There was detour due to metro project and the entrance from backside of the hotel. Now, the hotel location is no so good.

Average stay, problem with hotel entrance due to excavation works on main road. Entrance of the hotel through underground garage from back street. No elevator from garage to reception, carrying suitcase on stairs is not pleasant. Hotel did their best to serve the guests with taxi whenever needed.

I was shocked that there was no Nescafe or Nespresso buds as always in the room - when I called the room service they said that they don’t have any... really disappointing being a regular to this hotel.

« Very Poor quality of service and hotel standards. »

One of the poorest offerings for a Novotel I have seen. 1. Exceptionally poor build quality of the hotel and standards. 2. No entrance. No proper signage. Since there is construction going on you should mention it on the website while booking. This current situation is extremely inconvenient. 3. Waited for 15-20 mins during check-in process. Only one person at the reception taking check-in. 4. Very poor communication standards of the staff. 5. No drinks voucher offered even though I am a platinum member. 6. No welcome amenities in the room during check-in. I thought this is a standard as I receive it world-wide. 7. No slippers in the room 8. No attention to detail. The tea / coffee amenities were not replenished. 9. Bathroom amenities were never replaced properly for all 3 days. Every day something was missing. 10. Floors were sticky and not cleaned properly. 11. The cutlery kept in the room for tea/coffee were unwashed from the previous guest’s stay. 12. Mugs chipped. 13. La Mode restaurant - very poor buffet standards and food layout.

I booked BB, and if i know earlier that the restaurant option in breakfast is so limited like this, I would have booked room only and take my breakfast outside. we went down at 10:30, and all the menu was almost finished/eaten but not refilled, the omelet station is not well equipped/ no space for more than two persons, the food options very limited

« not accessible for the moment, poor service, rooms not super clean »

The hotel is actually not accessible for cars, except via the back of the hotel, this is of course not the hotel's fault, but there is absolutely no communication about it, service is very slow, and rooms are quite noisy, and no warm water in the morning to take a shower. Rooms could be cleaner as well. And for a hotel that is difficult to access, the price was quite high compared to what I used to pay before

« Very dirty room - Very Expansive rooms »

Carpet is so dirty that you need to keep at all time your shoes on I spent 2 night in a Novotel Suites and spent more than 600US$ It is quite unbelievable to spend that much in such a bad hotel i really don't recommend it. Staff at the reception are really not professional and the room service food quality is really bad Please avoid this hotel and don't waste your money

« Worst Hotel Stay ever in Riyadh »

It was my worst experience ever in Riyadh. I stayed in room 405 and here are my comments: - Asked the receptionist to give me good room with good view. He gave me room with a window facing the emergency stairs and can't see nothing. - Shower floor entrance was rusted (have photo). - Sink is blocked you can't wash your hand for more thank 30 seconds otherwise he sink will overflow as you need to wait until the water is gone (have photo). - Carpet is dirty (have photo). - Iron board is filthy (have photo). - Breakfast was very bad with no varieties. I stay at ibis and their breakfast is much better than yours. They serve pancake and when I asked the waitress for maple syrup she told me only we have caramel syrup (The maple syrup is the known syrup for waffle & pancake). I think I paid so much for a service like this and I could of stayed in another hotels with better services and facilities and better rates.
