« In a great place, very quiet for relaxation. »

Everything was good, except housekeeping and the menu selection. The air vent had dust in it and there were dirty teaspoons in the cupboard. I have twelve year old twins (tweens), the menu in the restaurant either catered for adults or small children.

« Good and Bad »

Firstly, all the staff were fantastic and we couldn't have asked for anything more from them. The food and wine in the restaurant was also very good. The problem we had was with the room. The fridge made a banging noise all night that really disrupted our sleep. If not for this the rating would have been 9-10. The room was otherwise very clean and comfortable. Just couldn't sleep through the night.

Stayed for a conference, returning to this property after some years after my last stay. Even after probably 7 years since my last stay, the property is still a well managed, well appointed and staffed by a great team of people. Was really nice to be welcomed back to site - great stay.....

Easy Check in with ample complimentary car parking. Had view of golf course from room. Rain unfortunately restricted outdoor activity. Pleasant staff at restaurant. Used Gym but found it difficult to locate. Sign with Gym and Spa together should help.

« Relaxing family getaway »

Overall it was fantastic, we were located on the ground floor in block 3 which was ideal as we had a pram for our little one. He enjoyed walking around the resort as well as the decked area, and of course we had a great time at the pool area.

« Very enjoyable stay »

We really liked the location and the natural setting of the hotel. Being on the top floor (level 2), overlooking a beautiful mini lake and golf course was extra special. We also loved having a fairly large room with 2 queen beds. All other amenities were also very nice, such as the pool with all the palm trees and changing colors at night, as well as the easily accessible carpark. One of the highlights was the breakfast and the restaurant surrounded by palm trees and other tropical vegetation...

« Nestled inside the Gold Coast »

On arrival I was met by the counter clerks who took no time to find my booking and give me my keys. They quickly directed me to my room and made us all feel very welcomed. The kids couldnt wait to get into the pool outside our room which started off our time here on the right foot. The room was very adequate and as I expected to find it from the websites pictures. The golf course was calling me but unfortunately this time my families voice was louder, ha maybe next time, lol. The room was tidied up each day after we left and we had everything we needed in the bathroom. Definitely will stay here again.

« Large resort, nice pool but room for improvement »

2 night stay, comfortable room but bathrooms very dated. Restaurant dinner very disappointing but was acknowledged at the time of paying. A few issues with the late check out. We stayed at this resort as it was a great red hot deal for Accor Plus - I guess you get what you pay for in this instance.
