enjoyed staying here. loved the smaller pool near our room. Room service meals were ok bit limited and shouldnt cost $5-00 to deliver. Please think about mozzie spray in rooms - they are terrible when room faces the lagoon. otherwise really enjoyed our stay. thankyou and one of the cleaning ladies exceptional - think might have been lea?

« Well located and we always stay when we visit the gold coast as centrally located to all the golf courses. »

Reasonably good but toilet continually run in the bathroom - this should have been picked up by cleaners. Also the room allocated was a long way from the reception area and found this unusual due to the hotel occupancy very low due to the decrease in Chinese visitors at the moment.

Warm welcome and excellent service at check in. Staff seemed to go above and beyond. I was staying for work and didn’t get a chance to use the facilities, but they looked extremely well maintained and inviting. Seamless checkout and well positioned to travel to and from Brisbane CBD.

« In a great place, very quiet for relaxation. »

Everything was good, except housekeeping and the menu selection. The air vent had dust in it and there were dirty teaspoons in the cupboard. I have twelve year old twins (tweens), the menu in the restaurant either catered for adults or small children.
