We had an impromptu bank holiday weekend at this hotel. Im glad I picked this location. Very quiet during weekend. 5 mns walk from the tube station, mall, bars, restaurants. The area is really good. Nice to have a walk in the morning, either at the nearby park or at the streets with tall buildings as your view. The room was very clean. My husband went to Bokan to get wine but no wine turned up, staff were polite & apologetic, he just left anyway. The following night, we went up together & the moment we walked in, they offered us free champagne & they remembered my husband & still very sorry. Facilities (gym & pool) were excellent. The view from our room was amazing! We just stayed in the moment we checked in which was not the original plan, we wanted to go out & explore London, but the hotel was so cosy & comfortable. Everything was just perfect for u. They gave us free late check out until 5pm cos our train going back home is not until 7pm. Thank you so much to the staff of Novotel Canary Wharf. We hardly have a staycation, but we will keep coming back now :)

The hotel is in a good location for what we needed. We were attending our son's wedding celebration which had been cancelled 3 times because of the pandemic. Our room was adequate but not fantastic for the price we paid. Lovely views from our room but the room was quite small and cramped.

Great location as you're a 5-10 min walk away from the Jubilee and DLR line. Gives us transport links to London. Staff were amazing, we were greeted with such a warm and helpful team member - I really wish I got her name. Check out was just as great, being very warm as well. Absolutely loved the decor, space and moderation of the room alongside the view. A really big TV with all the connectivity needed. Swimming Pool and Sauna was great too.

This was our first stay with this branch and we would definitely return. The receptionist was so lovely and praised us for checking in online to save time, they were well accommodating in all aspects. We managed to make use of the pool facilities as well. Originally we requested a high floor room however it was not ready as we arrived early however they were able to give us a slightly larger room on a lower floor which was more than sufficient. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

I tried several times to book my stay on the All Accor app. Payment kept on being rejected when trying to finalize our stay. Unfortunately this has caused a bit of inconvenience because I had to book the hotel (2 rooms at the novotel canary wharf may 2nd - 5th) through booking.com. I was assured over the phone prior to checking in that I would still receive my reward points. However, when I arrived they told me that I wasn't entitled to my reward points. Very frustrating because I'm now in Thailand and was hoping to use those points for my stay at pullman khon kaen next week. Very disappointing because me and my wife use accor hotels often.

My 5 year old and myself stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it! I was a little hesitant with reviews I saw about cleanliness and yes there are some stains but it didn’t take away from the amazing service, food and view over the city. Check in was amazing, so helpful and were able to cater to our needs. The room has stunning views over the city. There were no noises or banging and we slept soundly! The hotel was positioned well for buses and canary wharf train station a short walk away. Dinner has a special vegan menu which was very tasty! They also had childrens menu which suited my daughter better. All in all we had a fantastic stay!

Lovely rooms. Great location. Only criticism is gappy curtains which let a lot of light in, plus as there are flats to the right of my windows snd even with curtains closed, it meant they could see in ny room if I had my light on giving me no privacy to get changed

Disappointment with the room

The hotel was overall OK, with good food, breakfast and a very impressive view over London, but the room that was assigned to us was particularly in poor condition. There was also a problem with the climate control system, but we were warned about it in advance and compensated in the room rate, and it didn't bother us. But there was a constant smell in the bathroom coming from the plumbing, and it really annoyed us! Also, it was an executive suite, and the prospect of the room says that it will come with bathrobes and slippers, but none was provided. We didn't complain about it because we didn't care for that, but is something that should not happen and it gives the impression that the hotel is complete careless about their guests.

I am so sorry that you had some issues with the issues in the room. I really wish you had brought it to our attention as we could have rectified it immediately for you. We really do care about our guests and I hope we will have an opportunity in the future to welcome you back. Jacqui McMillan - General Manager

Great thanks to Jade and Samira and a few others at the front desk. They have a sense of humour that works professionally. Thanks to Jacqui, Alina, Lin and a few others in the breakfast team. It was a pleasant stay. There were male staff that were also great but sadly, I never took note of their names. The view of London was also fantastic.
