Hi, First experience in this hotel, room was nice and comfortable. Everything works fine ! The breakfast was amazing, good and only branded products. We asked for a babycrib and we 've got it (unfortunately it was not mounted ...) I would recommend this hotel

Dirty, poor cleanning

First date I complained because nobody vacuumed the room, I say no problem but I hope next day will be done. Effectively the room the day after continued in the same situation, n addition the window had sad due to the bad condition of the wooden curtain. The poor stage girl in her first date of work, has to vacuum the room by herself, even that wasn't one on the mission of her job. The explanation of the staff was this situation occurs due to they don't have housekeeper for controlling the job of the chamber maids. So the consecuence of this situation is loosing a client.

The hotel is located in the affluent town around the city of Lille connected with the city center of Lille by a central expressway without traffic lights. The hotel in general is fine. Beds are comfortable, bathroom bright and modern and clean with a shower with instant hot water. The included breakfast is superb and more than enough. A few details need to be improved: general housekeeping in the room, the staff may not have been briefed enough. Other things, I mention anyway, I opened my suitcase with my code when I arrived at the hotel and in the evening after a day of walking, I had to consult a tutorial on Youtube to open my suitcase. My suitcase code has been changed. The Controlled mechanical ventilation is out of order.

Nothing wrong with the hotel however I was told that check out was automatic but after I left I received aggressive emails claiming that I had not paid enough.

As you said, the check-out can be automatic if you prepay or leave without exceeding your Pre-Approval, we try to take the money many times on your card and it wasn't working after you told us multiple times to use it again. It finally worked after a week later, so as explained by mail, you may have exceeded the limitations of your card the week you stayed at our hotel. Wishing you a Merry Christmas, Reception
