as a business visit to Porto Alegre, this hotel satisfied me regarding location, however, the TV channel's options and images are too poor. also the mattress was to hard and nos soft as other hotels. The Breakfast was not bad, but to few options, such as the dinner salad buffet. The crew is very pleasant and commited to to give us a good stay.

In the beginning, Ibis is always good, but throw the year the quality drops sensibly. No toils to face, cleaning of the room very poor, heater does not work or work with loud noise.

They don't respect reservations

Upon arrival we found that they didn't respect our reservation. Switch two rooms with two beds each for rooms with just one bed. They even told us that they didn't have two bedded rooms. When confronted (we stayed last year at the same hotel) they accepted that they indeed had those rooms but where given to somebody else.

No Nonsense

It was close to the FIERGS EVENT CENTER and the restaurant was simple but efficient. That was all I needed. If you are looking for night life, maybe it is not the best place to be, but for me it was more than enough.

There was the Black Sabbath concert just in front of the hotel and this was the reason why I chose it. They anticipate the dinner because of the concert and I appreciate that. But the meal was not so good, a little cold actually.

The hotel is new, very clean, silent air condicioned, new tv with many channels, good shower. Expensive breakfast but inside the hotel there´s a restaurant about R$39,00 a dinner, I think it´s an razonable price for a meal. There´s nothing near for to do or eat. You will need a car to move.

Very nice hotel, new installations, parking at no additional cost, considerate and ready employees, nice accommodation, easy reach of the hotel's BR290 and access to the city center, great breakfast, I indicate the hotel.

I selected this hotel because the location was very convenient for me. But there are a few things to be corrected by management. The room had a strong smell. I don't know what exactly was it could be the cleaning products. The web access was poor, disconnecting all the time. The worst of my stay was the dinner. The waiters just don't see you untill you call their attention. The food has good appearance but no taste. And finally the "filling" of the buffet was very bad. There was always lack of hot food.
