While the overall experience meets the Ibis standard. We were taken a back by the poor response of the staff in ensuring that the indoor-mask-on policy is upheld. One of the incident took place at the lift lobby where my wife and I observed a group of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) at the lift lobby area without mask. One of Ibis's staff walked in from the door that leads to the swimming pool (which is located near the lift), pass by the group of people mentioned above without batting an eye. Since I am staying with a baby, I raised a complain to the receptionist, while the aforementioned staff were there as well. He promised that he will tell these guests off. When I was about to check out, there were a few more guests crowding in front of the reception desk without their mask on. Clearly the staff has turned a blind eye to these irresponsible behavior again. Considering that you claimed Ibis to be ALLSAFE approved hotel that provide guests with elevated hygiene and prevention measures to ensure our safety - the lack of response from the staff with regard to other guests not adhering t the national mask policy just shows that your hotel is not practicing what it markets. This is unacceptable.

Overall Good stay in a good location. Easy connect with locations. Kitchen and Restaurant needs improvement. Organized a small buffet lunch for a group of friends. Most of the food items were cold including those items supposed to be hot !

Had stayed a few times before, but this time experience is bad for me. The staff is not friendly, and even charge my stay wrongly upon check-in & were told my room has no breakfast as I booked my room through 3rd party booking.com & unable to get my Accor points as booked thru a 3rd party website. The lobby feels uncomfortable and feels very compact the area as tables & live bands were placed in the lobby area. As I understand is Hari Raya & fasting month.

Religious constrains (or choice) take this hotel too far from Accor philosophy and Art de Vivre. I assume this place has been a 4* in the past, explaining the decent quality rooms, but already showing signs of dirt and negligence, quite common across the country. Unfortunately, the only remaining Accor hotel in this beautiful city since the Novotel closed in 2020. Not sure I will come again. loyalty has limits.

It is quite disappointed that the bell ring ( alarm) along the corridor suddenly rang at 2am and 6am during my staying. It wakes me up and i cannot sleep well! :(

Pleasantly clean room and very spacious Suite accorded due to Platinum status! 11am early check in was very much appreciated, and housekeeping was efficient with requests. Breakfast was of bad quality though - very much can be improved on!

Called and request for connecting room, and eventually got it. Thanks a lot. The bed has some squeaking noise, but since i knew it was a fully booked day, so I did not request to change. It was still bearable for me. Counter flooded with Customer while check in, maybe at least 40-50 people in the q. Breakfast was crowded as well. I'm sure the counter and restaurant could use a couple more hands during my stay. The rest is ok, just missed the complimentary fruits.platter

Confirm booking yet Hotel is not Operational

Arrived at hotel to find out that the Hotel is not open to guest. It has been turned into a Quarantine Hotel. Yet the Accor Apps confirmed my booking. Complaint thru Accor till today has not received a apology/reply back. Disappointing!

stay 2 nights. ask for quiet room during booking. but got a room in middle of corridor where most guest have to pass by to reach their room. encounter 2 times door lock problem. the maintenance staff came on 2nd time WITHOUT wearing a mask!!!! seriously in this pandemic period? wearing mask is mandatory by SOP. this is awful. reception counter put a note "room make up on request only" but i room was made up without asking ????
