This is the second time I have stayed at the Ibis Styles Mangga Dua and the staff are welcoming. English is spoken fluently and staff are helpful especially front desk staff Jeje how assisted me with booking a train to Bandung. Also thanks to Wita for looking after my room everyday.

I know I took the smoking room, but the smell of cigarette is so bad even for a smoker like me. never find hotel compartment that smell When I first came in.

Clean room, but was disappointed when check in. I was online check in, and card room has ready in the envelop. But staf counter ask me to re-register and change the card.

i was check in with Yayu, she gives me room so fast. so i dont need waiting too long. and all the staff was friendly. and i feel like in bungalow because when i walk at the corridor. the sound of floor is like woods. i love it. feels like resort with tematic garden.

Location : Minimart is just right beside the entrance and a mall; Mangga Dua Square. Convenient to grab something needed but unfortunately I feel it's kinda confusing being in that mall. The direction given in the mall is quite confusing. - Service : Satisfied - Room : Satisfied - Toilet : The toilet in the room is small. Should have a hose in the toilet. Lighting in the toilet is very dull. - TV : Would be better if there is a TV channel list. Channels appear fuzzy or blurry. - View : Nothing to view upon looking out the window in the room. - Breakfast : Quite inconvenient to have breakfast at the other hotel even though its nearby. - Room : Looks like the wall is thin (in between the other room, seem like we can hear the noise next door when they talk/laugh) & even the flooring; it feels like we make a sound in every step we take across the room. By the way, our room is a non-smoking room but next door is smoking room?? Could smell the smoke. - Cleanliness : It's clean when first day we enter the room but didn't make a good housekeeping on the next day & the following day.

That is not what i expected from Accor group. im been taking more then 30 mins for check in just only 2 persons in front of me. The mini bar was not cold. the breakfast taste are really not mine.i used to stay at Amaris for many years & they are improving a lot. 1st day breakfast no dressing for salad. the egg section most of the day are same..boil egg, omelet -this 2 have everyday. there is 1 day 2 types omelet & scamber egg, 3 look in the same colour-yellow only. did not feel tempting. no fried egg. local food- there is 1 day, 2 types of fish but it look similar. Currry fish & sweet & sour fish-both are the fillet. fried rice & fried noodles- came out both in brown colour only & do not have even 1 vegetables in it.the coffee machine-latte & cappuccino came out the same taste-sweet. how can a latte taste sweet. Milo was empty. after inform the staffs, they did refill the powder but still came out like water only. last day -there were 2 baby cockroaches came out from the cupboard below the toaster. Good points were, staffs are friendly & quite helpful
