We spent wonderful time with my friends and kids. The hotel is very comfortable for vacation with kids. It has kids club full of toys and kids swimming pool. Kids enjoyed to feed rabbits and ducks every morning after breakfast. The choice of meals for breakfast was very big for different types of diets. Once we asked for a special lunch for us on the view terrace, it was perfect. We enjoyed meat and vegetable BBQ cooked for us by chef. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would be glad to return to this place!

My friends and I spent marvelous 5 days in Pullman Luang Prabang. The villa and deluxe suites were very clean and comfortable. The territory of the hotel was nice and safe for our kids. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend the hotel to my friends. And I'll come back by myself for sure.

Unfortunately we were not able to visit Luang Prabang and other countries in SE Asia as we returned back home Estonia, Europe from our first stopover in Abu Dhabi because of coronavirus pandemia. As situation was unclear if we come Luang Prabang or not (we wanted to anyway), then we asked Pullman Luang Prabang to give us an option to cancel just a day before arrival. And Pullman Luang Prabang understood our situation and allowed us to cancel reservation. And did it in warm and professional manner. This is the way how to win clients. We still have plans to visit Luang Prabang. Lets see when pandemia is over. While in Luang Prabang our very high priority hotel to stay is Pullman Luang Prabang Do wish you all the best in current situation and greetings to whole Pullman Luang Prabang team. Booked room for 3 nights in March and it was a pleasant stay. Service was excellent as well as cleanliness. It`s not in the city, but it doesn`t matter. Shuttle goes few times a day. My suggestion to hotel is, that don`t demand information, when somebody comes back from city to hotel.It`s not funny to spent time in town and think schedule. Of course you can use tuktuk or taxi. Food is excellent if we talk about breakfast or a`la carte menu. Prices in a`la carte menu are very reasonable to compare for other restaurants in the city. Of course you can get your "fried rice" portion very cheap from street selleres.

This was a wonderful property. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were great, and the buffet breakfast was amazing. My kids loved feeding the bunnies, riding bikes around (provided by the hotel), and spending time at the pool and kids club. The trip could not have been more relaxing and we would love to return in the future. My only complain is that the WiFi wasn’t great. Sometimes it worked fine, but it was often slow or not connecting at all.

Great location, excellent staff and facilities. We enjoyed our stay so much and would love to return to this exotic hotel in the future. Nothing was to much trouble for staff who were extremely helpful. The hotel cleanliness was to an excellent standard. We did have one issue with our balcony patio door which would lock or we couldn’t open, had to get maintenance five times out to repair it, they were prompt in arriving within ten minutes of my call.

We really enjoyed our stay, the setting is beautiful and the rooms were lovely. The bath salts in the bathroom smelled wonderful and gave a really luxurious touch. Our only disappointment was with breakfast. We were quoted one price at booking and this was doubled when we arrived at the hotel. I went to query this with the front desk and was told that this was the book in advance price. I showed them the email and pointed out that this was not mentioned but they said they were unable to honour it. I then sent an email and got the same response. As a result we went into town for breakfast on our first morning, not the relaxing morning we had planned. After another email the hotel finally accepted that they should honour the price quoted to us and we had breakfast at the hotel on the second day. I felt the choice at breakfast was quite limited and I was very greatful that we hadn’t paid $24 a head. When we came to sign for the breakfast it was at full price, again we had to have a lengthy discussion with the server and show her emails for this to be rectified. And when we checked out we were charged for breakfast on both days, which again led to another long discussion. Communication between staff on this matter was extremely poor and it became an unneeded point of frustration. It was a shame as without this we would have had a completely faultless stay.

We had a great time at the Pullman. The staff were amazing, so earnest and helpful. We really appreciate the upgrade to a beautiful room that was the best of our stay in Asia (Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Korea). Breakfast was wonderful as well and the buggy ride to our room was very much appreciated. There was a few bugs with the stay including the shuttle not waiting for us, but the front desk more than made up for it by allowing us a late check out. We loved our stay and would highly recommend others to stay with the Pullman. I have stayed in town in my previous visit, but this is a superior facility despite being a little out of town.

Fantastic rooms , great pools. Did not try F&B . Had a bad experience on departure. My phone charger was left in room and was given to another guest on check out . this was a $60 mistake unfortunately. I called the Hotel 6 times about this and got a reply different each time . So story seems a bit confusing and unbelievable. As a Gold member it was a little annoying. BTW no upgrade offered on check in , only when I asked .

The team at Luang Prabang went out of their way to ensure all guests have a memorable stay. It is the little things like checking in on day trips, dinner recommendations and the housekeeping team asking for anything that could be better. The pool set in the rice fields was the perfect way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The focus on sustainability is clearly evident throughout the resort.
