Fast efficient service on check-in with no fussing about. Nice and clean room with comfortable bed - fully up to 3 star standard. Checkout was even more efficient than check-in with electronic receipt on email. Impeccable service, when I came to collect my bag that had been stored for the day a bottle of water for the road was handed me - a nice caring touch.

The staff in the hotel are absolutely brilliant. A credit to the organisation, nothing too much trouble, polite, helpful, friendly and genuine. Based 3 minutes walk from station (allowing to dodge trams and bikes) . Rooms small but adequate. Good heating. Nice view of outside activity if room is at front of hotel. Close to everything. A range of food outlets nearby and a bar opposite that will let you do your thing over a drink. Dutch people are very polite & chilled, will be back. Thanks Amsterdam….stay amazing.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. The lady that greeted me at reception could not have been more helpful. My room was clean and my bathroom was fantastic. The shower was better than my one at home LOL. I would say if you could fix the water machine at reception as it was giving out warm water please or else have a fridge added to the rooms. Other than that my stay was perfect 10/10 for location

A short walk from central station, main shopping and eating streets this hotel was perfect. Reception staff were so friendly and helpful with a fast efficient service. Hotel is very clean. Rooms the perfect size and the shower is perfect temperature and pressure. We’d definitely visit this hotel again and highly recommend
