« Great stay with excellent accomodations, everything necessary was provided for the week. »

Friendly staff that helped with every request. Idara was especially nice and helpful. The room(s) were huge but very comfortable. It was great having the room separated from the living room and kitchenette. The balcony off the room was nice to get fresh air in the evening and hear the local comings and goings around the hotel.

Friendly helpful staff make you feel welcome. Spotlessly clean rooms and public places. The internet connection can drop out occasionally and it would be good if the TV channel selection included CNN and/or BBC international news.

« Good location for business in Sao Bernardo »

A great location to work from in Sao Bernardo. Friendly staff who go out of their way to help and make your stay a pleasant one. Excellent rooms with plenty of space to arrange work or relax. The place is kept spotlessly clean. The internet service is fast but does tend to drop out occasionally. The TV system would benefit from including CNN and/or BBC international channel. The breakfast is reasonable, except for the scrambled egg which tends to be left to go very dry and rubbery. The really good thing is the omelette which is always made freshly to order.

« Good standard and location »

Overall a good experience. Nice and Clean, breakfast was good, small but sufficient gym. I had to change room from the top floor though due to disturbing noise, probably from the ventilation system above - moved down one floor where it was ok. Noise from the street finds it way in. Nice balcony, good room standard with everything you need. I would stay here again, the location is good in relation to nearby industries. Shopping mall across the street with a few restaurants and many stores.

I have observed below issues Worst Internet connectivity in room. Towels was not clean and no support to clean the used vessels. Water cans was not placed on time even several reminders in fitness centre Breakfast bills was added in my name even though I didn't take breakfast.. You guys can check the cctv camera

Friendly staff who go the extra mile to help make the stay worthwhile. The public areas are spotlessly clean. The gym area needs a bit more attention. There are unsafe power plugs, dirty towels left lying around,no clean towels available and a drinking fountain appeared and then disappeared. It would be great if the TV system could access CNN and BBC world broadcasts direct without having to go to the internet. The breakfast is generally good, but the scrambled egg tends to be left to go cold and becomes like rubber. However, the omelettes made to order are great.

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and the spaces kept spotlessly clean. However, the breakfast could be better. The fresh coffee and hot milk are left to go cold as is the scrambled egg. Everything else is OK.

The room was quite comfortable and very clean. Room cleaning and reset up every day was done Ok. Quality of bed quite good. Metal drum as a night table is original ... but we play music everytime we want to pick up our watch or telephone . Maybe some sort of a cloth to soften the shocks could be helpful. Difficult and even impossible for one of them to lock the sliding windows. Quite noisy at night. Double screen windows would improve a lot. The bathroom tap was coming very lose. Some difficulty to get hot water in the morning on the bathroom sink. Quite surprising that despite booking at the same time from our local company, my fare was 200 R$ higher per night than the one for my colleague !!

« Good, but could be improved with very little. »

No glasses and no kitchen towel in the kitchenette. During my stay, the bathroom sink was not cleaned every day. Breakfast is awesome. However, dirty tables should be cleaned faster during rush hours, so as to avoid any delay for the upcoming guests.

« Quiet rooms and very clean »

Service at reception was very friendly and competent. It was my second stay and next time I'll come again. The location close to the mall is excellent. Only parking or too many Taxis in the morning can be a little bit better organized - there is enough place in front of the Hotel.
