First, the check in experience was awful. I had already wasted time giving all my information on the website (plus, I am an Accor client), but in the check in they said I had to do an inscription all over again. I was late for a meeting and I had to waste around 20 minutes in this dumb process. Later, they said they needed my credit card (the one I used to pay online) to confirm the reservation - my question is: why? I had already paid online, what is the point?? The card I used was an online one, so the receptionist was very confused. In sum, another waste of time. Later, We have noticed that there was just one towel in our room (we were two people). So I asked for more towels (face and body) and they told me they did not have face towels (this is something that honestly I have never seen in my life). Moreover, the room seemed very old (the walls were peeling and the bathroom had mold). Disgusting.

The room smelled like a cockroach. I also found a bandage glued to the head of the bed. I asked them to clean the room when I left in the morning but when I came back the smell remained, as well as the bandage that was previously glued.
