Whilst looking a little tired, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast however was disappointing. At 9:40 there was no fruit or bread left to make toast and only fruit was replenished after I spoke to reception.

« First experience staying at Ibis Budget Bandung Asia Afrika »

Check in time is too late. I arrived at the hotel around 2 pm more, only 1 room available. Even the receptionist gave the wrong room number key. I was very embarrassed when opening the room there are people in it.

This is my first time I was staying in Ibis Budget Hotel. The lobby are clean and minimalist also reception staff is friendly. The room are minimalist, clean and comfort. Unfortunately the bathroom floor is less clean. Space parking in Ibis Budget Hotel is very limited. I hope Ibis Budget Hotel more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom floor and increase capacity space parking in area hotel

« Afordable price and cozy room »

We are happy to stay here because the price is afordable, the room is cozy and clean, close to city center too. Limited parking lot is the only problem we found, but the operator is helpfull.

« Strategic Location but Nothing Special »

Positive things : 1. Strategic location, near to many famous objects. 2. Friendly staff and quick respond to the customer needs. Negative things : 1. I order non smoking room and they gave me room numbers 507. The exhaust in the toilet don't run/turn off and smoke odor smell so bad. 2. The door of bathroom not closing properly so after we took a bath, the water from it fall down to area infront the door. 3. The broken exhaust made electricity in my room turn off at 10pm on Jan 5. The engineer said there's part that burn out from that exhaust. Image if fire came out and burn me up? Dangerous situation! 4. After exhaust case, another case was lamps panel on the bedroom, suddenly turn on and after I turned off, they turn on again and again. It happened around 12pm on Jan 5. After call the receptionist and they sent engineer, the engineer said that it was cause by the case of exhaust. 5. The good thing they offered me to move to another room and I agree. You know what, it was 00.30am on Jan 6 and I must check out around 6am to catch the train.

« Satisfying , worth the price »

Our staying is quite satisfying. We booked for 3 peoples, the room facility & cleanliness are decent enough, although the room is quite small for 3 adults. But overall it’s okay.

i went to Ibis Budget bandung for the first time, and got experience during check-in, due to undelivered information from travel (agoda) to Hotel regarding my booking hotel. Have to wait around 30-40 minutes for check-in. second thing, when i take a bath, suddenly the door opened, i shocked and after take a bath, i call front office to confirm about the incident. Front office said there is error data on computer and created double book on the same room number. i just got this experience with this hotel (i never got any experience about other people can open my room / double book on the same room). Please tidy up the system and services. Thanks

Nice staffs including security. Room was dirty, under the bed as well. Towel was about time to change, already thin and not white anymore. Not as accor standard. Won't be back thete again. Iya suggest cleaning the room before 12 noon, not at 2 pm when i just back from walk around & tired.
