I was a guest at the Ibis Jundiaí Shopping from 02/Aug until 09/Oct , and it really felt like staying home. Staff provided excellent service and and warm feeling, feedbacks were taken into consideration and facilities are excellent. Freshly backed pizza is available everyday , and location allows guests to reach the shopping mall within a 5 minute walk.

Very nice located, only a few minutes (5 maximum) from f=Jundiai shopping mall and next to many nice restaurants. Staff is very friendly and the hotel offers a gym and a terrace, which make it even more interesting.

I got a handicap room which was decorated as for sentenced criminals and the one and only iron in the hotel was a catastrophe

We have apartments with circulation facilities where the bathrooms are large, the internal circulation is better and all other items are identical to the conventional rooms. We are sorry for not having liked the room. I told my team to make changes the next day whenever there is dissatisfaction. All around a great experience. Staff was friendly, rooms were comfortable and clean as well as a good price. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with many many many choices and fresh ingredients. Highly recommend.
