It was so bad to the level I left from the first day I booked 3 night, the receptionist don’t cooperate with me, when I asked for check out, and till me my payment is not refundable, However your application noticed that I can cancel my stay even after 24h from my first check in. I tried even to call you email you but none interested to reply on me. I don’t expect to do so.

THE STAFF IS VERY KIND, THE ROOM IS CLEAN BUT THE SONORISATION IS VERY POOR, I HEAR ALL PEAPLE WALKING IN THE HALL DURING ALL THE NIGHT, THE SPA IS NOT MAINTANED, COLD WATER IN THE INDOOR POOL, THE JACCUZI IS ALSO, NO ONE IS ANSWERING ON THE PHONE, THE BREAKFAST IS VERY BASIC AND IS NOT REACHING THE REPUTATION OF NOVOTEL HOTEL... I have stayed here back in October at that time me and my family did like it alot but this time it was a big disappointment mainly due to the level of service dropping down drastically and additionally the facility needs alot of maintenance and repairs.

PROS....Nice experience, i would like to come back on the hotel everytime im in riyadh. It was good location, walking distance to kingdom tower and it was in the center of riyadh.. The reception who assiss us during our check in is so nice he upgraded my room with the same rate i book.. thank you novotel suite dyar for making us comfortable.. CON. in the morning mybe the male housekeeping who is cleaning some rooms nearby our room they are noisy and they are banging the door that you can hear from inside, our sleep was distourb..hopefully next time they are aware and more careful that they are some guest is still sleeping at that time..

My stay is ok, but I will not visit again, in fact the receptionist gave me a very bad room and the door was not open or closed and the air conditioning was very hot. The maintenance employee tried to fix the problem, and helped me find other room. thanks very much to him. I forgot his name, also asked for water They charged me for an additional fee, knowing that I did not receive my welcome drink، Note that I am a Diamond member

The hotel receptionist was very pleasant and the stay was satisfactory however the bed in the room was very hard. I would have requested a different room but was only there for one night so managed at that.

I used to stay at Dyar every time i visit Riyadh, in my recent visit the quality was not as good as used to be, rooms are getting old and not clean, they cleaned the room and took the toilet paper with them
