The hotel stay was not good . The carpet was of stain and the sofa also full of stain and had cigarette burn . The towels were not smelling fresh . I have sent an email before arrival to make sure that my room is super clean especially after the lock down and the virus pandemic. The reception was not welcoming and helpfully and the restaurant supervisor was rude .

It was nice accept that the room was not well prepared and at the end I was being over charged untill I showed the details of the booking I made online.

I have spent several nights there, hence the second review. Hotel is really well located, staffs are really nice. But two things: - Hotel is really outdated and needs refurbishment, rooms are old and amenities are really not well maintaned if maintained. - As a platinum member of the All program, nothing, except a welcome drink is done to reward me for my fidelity. But I will give the hotel more chances as soon as I will be able to travel back there.

I requested and given a non smoking. However, the room 303 was smell bad with cigarette smell. Also, there was an ashtray there inside the room. I requested to change the room because I am allergic to smoking. Then I was given room 707 , I loved this room. Unfortunately, the bed was terrible!! The mattress was damaged.

The house keeping are wearing their masks the rooms are poorly cleaned and not maintained, towels are warned out. The staff are not friendly except the reception. Overall i will not stay in this hotel again

Manager never show up and it seems he is not up to that position. Housekeeping is terrible and it seems the staff never worked in any hotel chains. Simply, it is a local hotel with the logo of Accor. Very risky to stay since front desk/reception/security staff are not available most of the time especially night shift.

We were checked in by a not so friendly lady. She spoke a bad English and was not welcoming at all. She did not identify me as Accor Accor Platinum member. She took our passports, credit cards, charged the whole stay. When I made the reservation, I made clear I wanted 2 beds (2 male guests in Saudi Arabia in the same room!). She said, we charge. Charge was one of the few words she pronounced correctly. We were too tired and accepted. No free drink voucher issued, no room upgrade, not a single "thank you". You definitely need to improve customer attitude!!!!! The room was on 5th floor, terrible smell of smoke outside, fortunately none in the room. The view over the Kingdom tower was breathtaking, but the glasses were covered by sand. I guess they were never cleaned since the hotel was built. Nice large bathroom with a very good shower, full of bad amenities... we had 2 large towels and 1 hand towel. The next morning we run out of toilet paper , we were provided with one. Breakfast was not included and, surprise, we took the extra charge . It was one of the most saddest breakfast in my Accor life. Drinks were always non existent and staff was surprised we asked for juice. Back to the room, bed (king plus the extra roll away) were ok. A/c was ok, but the feeling was not. At a more accurate check, the carpeted floor was very dirty. I had a pair of white soiled slippers, they were black the next day. There were flies smashed over the curtains, a strong sewer stench while stepping into the bathroom. 2 bottles of water were provided, I had to request them again the next day. Housekeeping was a bit farfetched.

Well located but the hygienic standards are one of the worst I’ve ever experienced because my towels were folded instead of replaced... the clean my room was put ok the door knob at one of the days and when I came back I found out that they haven’t cleaned my room... to be honest, I would not consider this hotel again... value for money was not worth it at all..

The hotel is new or renovated. Rooms are clean. My only comment is that they are using generic notsoaps and shampoos, instead of Novotel branded ones. They also didn't have a loofah. As insignificant as it is, it's annoying. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the bed mattress was hard, it could be a preference for some, but it was uncomfortable for me.
