the room not quite clean, many ants beside my bed. bed quite itchy for the sensitive skin like me. the room not clean yet even the tag to clean up the room was put on the door at 1.00 pm. the bed is comfy though.. the receptionist quite hard to contact. food was so so. POSITIVE NOTE: bed really nice. staff very polite.

Booked for no smoking room, but I got smoking room instead. The room smells like a meat smoker. The electric kettle is dirty, and also the towel smells bad.

Great budgeted rooms. The only issue I had was access to the 3rd floor was restricted asy card wouldn't work. I m pretty sure this problem could have been easily fixed if I just asked. I ordered room service which was prompt and quite good.

what I like from Ibis Styles in Sunter, Jakarta is near many place to eat and also near many shopping mall. The service really good, almost all of the employee smile. The room pretty clean and not to small.

Good overall, just had issue with the shower, it took very long time in the evening to heat the water. It worked normally in the morning though. However, evening shower became irritating because it took so long for the water to get hot and still it's not as hot as what it should be.

Stayed for 2 nights with wife and toddler due to recent floods. Room is ok but sink is clogging. Sounds of kids from next room is loudly heard. Breakfast is pretty basic. Receptionist is friendly, housekeeper can take awhile for towel request. Swimming pool need serious attention as bubbles are floating all over the water and not a single staff was seen on that floor.

check in and got the room very dirty, many insect (looks like flies) on the bed, room wall and bathroom. We complained and got non balcony room, we paid for balcony room and do not get balcony room.. no refund no apologies compliment. i know it was new year eve but why dont u check ur room cleanliness one by one before customer check in. breakfast also horrible, foods are empty and waited quite long to refill. dirty plates everywhere. seriously the worst experience since i stay in accor hotels.

We knew what to expect when we booked Ibis Styles Sunter as a short resting place on New Year’s eve. Room is decent even though the coffee scent is slightly overpowering. Staffs are really great, kind, and friendly despite the hotel being very busy. Everything is up to our expectation, except for the restaurant. Before we left the Hotel, we wanted to claim our welcome drinks at the restaurant. We asked for 2 glasses of orange juice. We waited for 20 mins and no orange juice. The restaurant was not even busy, there was only 1 table occupied at that time. Not sure what happened, so we decided to leave after waiting in vain.

The check in was pretty fast as usual, however as i have stayed here multiple times for business trip, i felt that the Wifi network can be improve. The internet connection speed was really slow, and the wifi signal doesnt strong enough to reach the corner of the room. thats where it can be improve
