- Good location, close to Tanjung Priok. - Chiller is not working, and no replacement when asked. - Loundry service was good, but every time need to call for giving loundry bag and oftenly no loundry list. - Waiting too long for breakfast to come. - Drinking water is not available in room, need to walk to dispenser on lift area. - No storage for clothing, but only small hanger. Not good for long stay. - Hotel is clean.

Bed size is rather small compared to others. AC took ages to cool the room. Imagine it took more than 2 hours to cool that small room.

stay alone with two bed. clean and comfy but need improvement on internet stability and bottle water.

Very comfortable room, Restaurant always open 24 hours & service room was excellent. There's free shuttle service was also prompt and convenient to carry us around the nearest shopping arcade. Price was affordable & better than expected. Surely I’ll be stay again for next.

I’ve been waiting only for 10mins at lobby until I could entry the room at 12.21 which is so good for me because I wasn’t wait for long, as some hotels still at their policy which is check in at 14.00. There’s only one advice have to changed is shower at bathroom didn’t works well

Booked a duluxe room for a staycation. We appreciatd the space that the room offered. However, three bad points from the stay: - Not sure why the fridge isn't working. When I asked the staff (Raka was the staff that answered my response) about the fridge and he answered that most of the fridge isnt working and recommended to put it on the fridge at the coffee shop - Found a broken paint work at the room. Its small but very unprofessional - Slow internet connection with no LAN connector? Seriously?

I stayed for 9 days and had moved few times for rooms and find : Many small ants in the rooms Many cockroaches in 1 of the room Breakfast not nice at all

This is our second times stay in Ibis Style Sunter. We booked Junior Suite Room in Ibis Style Sunter for 1 night and we really enjoy stay here. Room was spacious with 1 Queen bedroom and 1 Sofa. Children were very happy and played in the room. This hotel had very good health protocol. It was fun and amazing experince for our staycation during pandemic

I was staying for 3 weeks for bussiness in jakarta, the location were close with shopping center and the room was clean.
