this hotel is always my first and the only one pick everytime i travel to Jakarta for business. beside the distance to my office, the location, services, amenities & all the best hospitalities offered are their promising factors been almost 2 years being their regular guests and i can say they evolve! and still evolving better

This hotel is my regular hotel since it was open when I was visiting Jakarta. The only Accor hotel member in Kelapa Gading area. Staff were nice and polite. Unfortunately the hotel need some renovations. There is only one lift working. The breakfast menu needs to be improved. The toaster doesn’t work since Nov 2022 or before that maybe. They need to put bottle water back in the rooms and not a jug of water. Vending machine for drinks needs to be moved into reception area and not up a corridor when nobody can see it. Hopefully there is some improvement when I visit next.

Good staffs. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean. I booked the same room twice. Amenities aren't complete. Long wait for warm water.

Bfast need to improve

You need to be more prepared during high season for bfast arrangement. Total chaos. You knew that the restaurant is not enough for bfast, then you need to find other way to ensure enough space for bfast In your description sayung that family room provide game console but in actual it is not available
