1. My room was not cleaned up in one of the days. 2. No one in cafe bought me to an available table for breakfast. While I went to get more food, my table was occupied by other twice. 3. Internet authentication is terrible. Novotel should look for another service provider as it is the worst I used in China. I need to logon once a day. For other hotels, one logon can last for 7 days or longer

Overall I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Only downside is lack of English among staff at reception and restaurant. It is really annoying. Hopes this improves or otherwise I have to select another hotel within Accor group.

Rooms were good (i had 2 rooms booked). Executive Lounge was a little dissapointing. First night, I found it odd that at 8pm on the dot, they packed the alcohol away without saying anything, every Accor I have stayed ta over the years, they have always come around and advised before doing. Food for dinner in the lounge was poor, to the point on the Friday night, we could not eat what we put on our plate, it had been sitting too long. Facilities in the hotel are disappointing, no massage etc. The hotel is away from anything, there are no shops etc anywhere around, I didn't realise when I booked it that it was so isolated Staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Hotel is quiet.

I had a good dinner but the payment of it was a desaster. I asked if I can put the bill on my room or I should pay directly and they said that it that was ok to pay in the morning.... 10 min after they called my room and I was asked to go down and pay. I told them that it would take 30 min since I was in a meeting with Europe. After 30 min I went down and tried to pay both in the lobby and in the restaurant. Nobody understood what I wanted to pay so I went back up again and joined a new meeting. After a while I got a second phone call that I needed to go down and pay. Second meeting interuption.... I then went down and payed in the lobby. Bad service I would say....but that is my opinion.

« Nice enough hotel close to where I was working & the metro station. »

Staff were fantastic, and most had very good english language skills. Once the shopping centre development is finised next door, this will be a desirable location to stay.
