In my brief 2 days stay I found that the fridge was not working. The promised WiFi was terrible. The air conditioning fan kept making horrible sounds. The cleanliness of bathroom was not up to mark. Only the bed was good and comfortable.

The room was great but I can't reach the internet. The wifi doesn't work at all. The shower amenities like shampoo and soap wasn't sealed. But it was ok until breakfast, there were flys in the buffet and at table around you, disgusting.

1. Long waiting time upon arrival, with very poor hospitality. 2. Unclear fees or rate system, the receptionist told me 400/night then 300/night...!!!! I prayed 400 for 2 nights then 300 for 1 night!!! 3. Rooms and corridors need better cleaning. 4. I could not have my guests in the lobby freely, I had to get the permission from the reception then the reception had to ask someone else...!!! It was very embarrassing for me. 5. I asked for hot chocolate for my guest but he return it back since it was cold and little cocoa powder!!! 6. The breakfast menu is very poor, and hall manager do not allow me to get inside unless I give them my name and room number!!! Like police!!! He need to behave. 7. The swimming pool close at 9:00!!! Very early!! You should extend it to 11:00.

I always enjoyed staying at this hotel! Very close to the seaside, where you can see the largest water fountain in the world. The entire staff is friendly and polite. A good and clean cafeteria with a variety. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Ultimately found some paper and pencil in the room, thanks for that. Wifi with high speed. New staff at the reception counter need more guidance and an experienced staff too must be nearby to help them.

I was very surprised at the drainage system in the bathroom, when I took a shower the whole floor became flooded. I did not realize that their were steel covers over both the shower and bath room floor drains. This caused the bathroom floor to be flooded. Very strange set up that the guest must remove the steel covers.
