The first impression was excellent in terms of comprehensive precautions at the hotel. Good reception, and thank the Housekeeping staff for their cleanliness, good preparation and the provision of everything that a guest needs. My thanks go to the Food and Beverage division for its comprehensive breakfast and excellent service. Once we arrived, We were welcomed with respectable team on receptions during all days of our stays, but our comments is that the room is not clean probably and cleaning services in not accurate and need more improvement and follow up from management , in addition the restaurant services is poor and quality of food is not matching our expectations ,the location of this hotel is in very good place.

the room was not clean and it was smelly, but the most important thing that happened, I didn't have any hot water in whereas the technical team was requested several time to come and check it and even after 3 days the problem was not solved i was obliged to take shower with cold water. the receptionist that i was communicating it was not even believing and i had to go down and give him the key room and invite him to check the water temperature by himself. all we were requesting during our business trip was a clean room and hot water for showering noting that i have booked 4 rooms and we were 5 persons and all of us had the same problem.

When I arrive the check in was nice, quick and even your reception serve me a glass of juice as a treat which I really appreciate , however I asked the reception for a taxi if they have any one available around and they simply told me they cannot help me as no taxi around when I get the enterance of the hotel at the gate I found at least 3 taxies waiting. I really get upset and as the reception guy told me on the phone that I have to walk all the way to the Main Street for a cap despite they are waiting at the enterance. I don't like the dismissive behavior.

breakfast was average, not flexible. pancake served was "grumpy" not fluffy... But good you have big coffee mugs provided in the room. make-up room was made daily, so a plus factor. there is still room for improvement.
