Stayed here for 5 nites with the family of 5 in 2 rooms. Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast had many choices and the restaurant was big and can accommodate large groups. Location was also near to the mosque. Many shops and eateries nearby.

The price little bit expensive, but nice. I choose haram view, the room was nice but the problem is family duit does’nt have any spoon, any plate, any bowl just only have cabinet without item so empty.

Having heard many good things about the hotel from other family members we decided to use them. One my family members was at the hotel during first part of Ramadhan and service was excellent. We were there for the last part and after Ramadhan. However I am very disappointed with my choice as the service wasn’t great, having paid large amount in comparison to what was available locally I expected an outstanding service which the hotel boasts of. However upon arrival one of the 2 rooms we had booked had a missing bed. Reception was contacted but no answer. Then we came down to put our concerns forward. The Young Arab man working there didn’t seem concerned at all too busy on playing on his phone. He then said he will send a bed to the room. We waited nothing turned up. We then had to demand this again the next day when it finally turned up 1 hour later. Overall I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money with they place, lifts are slow and take ages to get to just not worth the hassle.

Overall stay was good, only few things I am disappointed being Platinum member, no upgrade was provided, though it was busy time but still partial upgrade or even complementary breakfast would have been considered but even I asked Guest Relations still nothing was offered. Other thing was very crowded breakfast area, I asked for Platinum member if there is no separate breakfast area then at least in-room breakfast shall be provided but this was not also considered. I am regular visitor of Zamzam Medina and most of the time I don't get upgrade, appreciate to consider these. Overall I appreciate all staff including guest relations. Thx

Location excellent, staff at houskeeping and in restaurant good. Reception not very friendly. Very disappointed in the rooms, extremely dusty, broken cupboard shelf and dirty washroom. Cant understand how this hotel could be rated a 5 star. Honestly needs to be revaluated by hotel rating authority. Definitely not value for the high rate we paid. Rooms need to be renovated. Suhoor, average at best..food quality not great, coffee and omelet v good. Canned fruits in display, pastries v poor quality. Did not expect Pullman accor to have such a low standard. Would not stay until they renovate facilities and improve food offering. We paid SAR 500 for 4 guests at suhoor, honestly ridiculous for what we got. 'Patio view' is what we booked, got a dark dinghy old room. Accor is a renown group, why is this location so poor?

The hotel was crowded, the lobby was messy during the check-in, though, the check in was smooth. House keeping was generally good, we checked in, and found one toilet with malfunctioning sink, but they fixed it in a fast manner. The restaurant was the worest, not organized, not clean enough. The breakfast open buffet, was not being reflled on time, theres was no variable food types to suit evey one. I stayed several times in Pullman Zamazam Makkah, and it was way better than this visit to Madinah hotel.

The room with Haram view was very good in size. Housekeeping was great, breakfast had great variety. However, the elegance of a 5-star hotel is missing. Crowded elevators, rude chef making eggs at the breakfast, the decor and furniture of the breakfast area was poor.

The hotel require renovation.Carpet need to bee changed. The food quality is not good .There is no fresh juice .Pancake are not hot. The food is made for special group that cost low .the car parking is cost money while it should be free

The hotel is good. The location is close to almasajd alnabawi. It was clean and staff is friendly. Its Saudi breakfast was varied and delicious. The room service is reasonable. The area of standard room is a little bit small.

They didn't give me the room that I booked (very small room), and next day they changed the room with the correct one, but they didn't bring the extra bed until very late night (after 5 calls) although it is already included in my booking
