Poor experience and a little disappointing with room facilities, which does not correspond to a 4 star hotel. The shower was horrible, bed bad, sheets with stains and worst of all: super noisy hotel!! we could hear everything the other guests were doing and every morning we woke up to a lot of noise from the maids on the ceiling and in the hallway!

Everything was fine. However, be aware if you the 7th floor in the left side that the fitness is over you. Extremely noisy when people are training, especially on Sunday 06:00 am

Our suite was a bedroom with a living room. The size was good for us as we were a family of 4. The second bed which was a sofa cum bed was not very good, we had problems here. We were supplied a kettle on request were the tea bags were not provided in the room. Breakfast is good. We were not at all happy with the bathroom with a glass sliding door and no exhaust. We think the hotel should improve on these points and help the families staying with them. There is also no restaurant in the hotel.
