Somewhat disappointed

Arrived late at night, had requested a portacot on booking, this was not set up. Then there was a water leak in the room, offered a new room and was advised it was an ongoing issue with the building. The new room was ok but moving the family late at night was not fun. Then breakfast, most of the food was cold at the buffet. On check out i was then told that the plumbers were attending yo the previous room, however i l ow this to be untrue given it was only 3 rooms from the new room and I had walked past it several times that morning.

Was allocated our room. Heater/aircon not working I was staying in that same room in January air con/ Heater not working then. Disappointed as love staying in same room. Limited number of Chanel’s on tv.
