Clean, convenient, great pool for the kids (it’s waist deep), wonderful staff… but the noise! If you’re after a quiet room, you may be disappointed. The main road isn’t the problem, it’s within the hotel. Our neighbours decided at 4:30 in the morning to start packing up/ let the kids slam the door over and over/ shower etc, and we heard. It. All. You can hear the people next door having a conversation. It’s not great in that respect, but if you’re a heavy sleeper, go for it!

staff were nice. Room was hot and aircon did not change temp. No air circulation. No PowerPoints for charging devices. Curtains didn't shut.

Despite the state of this dated hotel, all the staff, from the reception staff to the cleaners provided friendly helpful service at all times. We were there over the Christmas break and despite the staff having to work on Christmas Day, they still provided exceptional service Thanks for the hospitality!
