I have stayed in this Hotel a number of times in the past . It is always a great experience over here . You are well looked after as a Guest . The rooms are well appointed , with all modern amenities . The rooms and toilets are clean , and well provisioned . The breakfast spread is excellent . The Dinner Buffet also presents a wide culinary selection . The quality of food is very good . I feel very comfortable and happy in this Hotel . Please keep us the good work .

Receptionist was kind of rude. Didn't like that. In spite telling her to provide room with a good view, it was not provided. TV in the room had some issues. Due to this, we got a different room. Everything else was fine.

I have stayed many times in this Hotel. I am a Platinum member so I have good perspective how hotels in accorehotels should look like. I found the following gaps: 1. Although I am a Platinum member, I was not greeting as that. I didnt have teh feeling the receptionist was aware of that. 2. Breakfast is bad. I mentioned it before. Its mainly Indian cuisine, I had nothing to eat in breakfast...just fruits. 3. My room #1912 was facing constant noise from the street/outside. I am not sure the room is isolated for noises. 4. When check out, the lady did not ask how was my stay. Again, most likely she was not aware of my Platinum. 5. Breakfast in 3/5 was so busy and many people, it seemed as the staff was incapable to clean the tables, and refill the Buffet. I had nothing to eat and I was very dissapointed. 6. Until my last stay, this hotel was my first choice in Vadodara, this is not the case for my next visit.

Both the service and food were excellent. Location was central to a lot of other food and attractions. The only downside was that the roll out bed was too firm for my taste but other than that I would recommend this hotel

Room was cold and damp. No provision for heating. Only AC was working. Toilet seat broken. Breakfast was good.

I had clearly asked for newly renovated rooms when I did the booking through my friend. But to get those,literally had to shout at the front office staff lady and that was completely not done. If something is promised, it has to be delivered without a doubt.....The front office lady wasn't happy at all after that and it was very visible in her actions...
