All is good but the bedsheet so smelly and the toilet the worst one i had ever, still smell eventho already pump it.

I’m very enjoy my stay here since this Mercure Hotel excellently treating thier loyalty guest. Just like mine, i’m thanks to Mercure hotel to treat me and my companion very well. From check in to check out it meet my expectation to stay here during pandemic. I’m really enjoy they provide us breakfast, late check out and the best thing is they replace the lounge access to in room dining executive voucher for lunch/dinner. I’m really appreciate to all staff here where they all are very kind to us during our stay. Hope to stay here again soon. I would like to give my compliment to 3 receptionist who attend my request (forgot their name) one is during receptionist who attend during check in at 31/10 (7pm-8pm) , then the receptionist who attend me at 1/11 (3am-4am) who very politely attend and assist me to my room during late night hour since i’m coming late to the hotel because i’m busy on daylight. After that the third receptionist who attend me at counter on 1/11 (8am-9am) where she attend me and fulfill my request also give me executive meal voucher due to the lounge is closed. Please give three of them compliment from me and i’m sure they are very dedicated staff. Thanks.

The room was spacious and clean. Very quite and calm environment . I got myself a me time while working (Work from Hotel) and its a very pleasant stay. The view was okay just the refrigerator doesn’t cold enough to keep my beverages. But overall I will defo comin’ back to this place.

Overall Customer Service are very good from every staff in the hotel . But the air cond inside the room is a bit problematic , besides been staying many days at the same room , suddenly want me to change and make me packed and unpacked things for no reason at all.

Nice room, fast check in and check out process. There's hotel parking at high floor within the complex but is chargeable per day RM10. The room comes with breakfast. Hotel cafe is operate. Will visit here again, hope the parking rate will be free (absorb by hotel).

Satisfying stay regardless of MCO and most of the facilities are limited.Lot of construction works surrounds the hotel but it will be great when all completed.Just right in front of the mega structure TRX,i see a big potential of this hotel to be one of the prestigous hotel in TRX.Staff were all excellent,the room was very clean & well maintain regardless of the smelly bathroom & fridge malfunctioned.It solved quickly by the staff.I love the Grab services provided by the hotel to Pavilion even on very limited time.My first stay at the property & not my last as i enjoyed my stay so much.Keep up the good services & maintain all the facilities.This hotel has very nice view ot the city.

The location is good. Nearby and easy access to hot spot places. The breakfast food was okay, can be improved. However the parking rate is not worth it if you are staying more than 1 night (RM10/day). Should just make a complimentary parking for the guests.

We have never stayed in this hotel due to many other 4/5 stars hotel around the area. We have booked one deluxe room on our short vacay to KL. The booking was made due to good reviews that we read from the travel websites. Our first impression of the hotel - excellent! The hotel is clean and we received great hospitality here. Staffs are helpful and most importantly, easy check in and check out. The room is great with nice bathroom and most importantly, comfortable bed! We love it! Would recommend this hotel to others and surely will be back for more. Keep it up. Thanks!

I always choose to stay in mercure kl shaw parade whenever my business trip to kl cause thus far my stays were pleasant one. unfortunately I am a bit upset with my recent stayed. when I checked in, I noticed the air-cond was not working well, hence I complaint to front counter. technician came and get it repair. however, the air-cond was not working mid night, and the room was stuffy and warm and affected my sleep quality. what is the different between accor live and accor plus ? I am having my dinner at the lobby café, I checked with the waitress if accor member enjoy any discount, he replied yes 25%. when the bill came, he said sorry discount only apply to accor plus member.

this very good hotel very near to Bukit bintag and many shopping malls. rooms are well kept. I was updated to executive room. Overall good break fast menu, Internet connection works very well. 'All hotel staff is very helpful. The roof top pool and restaurant is good place to relax.

Note: this is part 3 of a series of 3 hotel KL hotel reviews I will write in the next 2 months. How is this hotel not ranked as #1 on Tripadvisor? I selected this hotel having considered other (much) higher ranked hotels on Tripadvisor. It is a curiosity that this hotel has a stellar value for its price point, great location, similar amenities, and newer, well-kept facilities, yet it is ranked lower (top 15) than other hotels that have smaller rooms, dated facilities, much pricier, etc. I expected to be unimpressed at Mercure but instead I was blown away by this gem of a hotel. The facilities are almost indistinguishable from the other two KL hotels I’m reviewing (whose rates are >2X more). If anything, Mercure is better as it is newer (2 years old) and well maintained. My room & bathroom were spacious, well-appointed and designed. Outlets and switches are well situated and Wifi signal was strong. What other reviewers have written about the bed is true. I had my best nights of sleep ever during my stay – their bed is giving Westin’s Heavenly Bed a run for its money. Mercure’s breakfast offers the same diverse dining "stations" but variety is a little less. However, I find that what it lacked in quantity, it made up in quality. As a nasi lemak aficionado, their nasi lemak is the best of the three hotels I’m reviewing. What impressed me the most was their outstanding customer service. My experience with most hotels these days is that their staff has become a blur of tired, overworked and disenchanted, who are provided a script on how to squeeze more revenue and politely do as little as possible. The staff at Mercure genuinely wanted to be helpful. As an example, on my first morning there, I accidentally slept in, and had a late start on my planned walk to the highly google ranked nasi lemak stalls near the twin tower (about an hour away). The front desk staff (without fail) greeted me every time I’m in the lobby – politely asking how they could help. Upon hearing my plans, Wilson equipped me with bottles of water and an umbrella (which I greatly appreciated when I was in the relentless heat and humidity during my walk). Such thoughtfulness is so rare these days. I was really pleased that I “took the chance” and stayed here. I tend to be a tough reviewer, and it such a pleasure to be able to highly recommend Mercure Shaw Parade without any reservations.

Clean and comfortable bed. The staff was polite and attentive. I was given an upgrade due to my wife birthday. The location is 10 minutes walk away from berjaya times Square and quite a lot of eateries nearby. Will come bsck and stay again !!
