Quite a way outside Rome with no public transport on Sundays

I stayed here because it was half way between the airport and the city and much cheaper than the hotels in the city centre but since there was no direct public transport to and from the airport I had to pay €50 for a taxi each way then pay for taxis to go into the centre of Rome. The hotel was fine, the staff was very nice but I probably would stay in hotel in the city next time. Wifi worked fine in the first room but not in the second one at the end of the corridor. There was a restaurant 1km away called Margherita which was good but you have to walk each way and coming back it's all uphill in the car park.

Great value in a great location in Rome

The hotel is wonderful - it is a 10 minute walk to my office in a lovely neighborhood of Rome. Plenty of attractions nearby, great restaurants, and easy access to Termini in 25 minutes. The rooms are very comfortable and always clean. Air conditioning works great. Staff are always lovely and very willing to help. The laundry/dry cleaning service is also great and easy to use! My only complaint is the breakfast. The coffee is not that great (nescafe machine) and the main attraction is scrambled eggs which are never quite warm. If they invested just a little more in the breakfast buffet the hotel would be a 10!

Very Disappointing Stay - Poor service.

I had a very disappointing stay with Ibis Style Roma EUR stay. I stayed there for 4 nights and here were the main concerns: 1. AC stopped working after the 1st day. When complained, no action was taken. Multiple complaints and no response till the last day. Truly disappointing. 2. On the last day of my stay, the safe box door did not open even though I was entering the correct code. I complained at the front desk - They told me that they will send someone but no one showed up. Multiple complaints were made but mo response. Eventually, I had to try many times to open the safe box and by hit and trial it finally opened. Overall, very disappointing stay. Would not recommend it to anyone.
