The breakfast was good, beds are always clean and comfy. Staff is very well mannered. Everything is great except the colour preference of your bathrooms. Those dark gray installments make the guests suspicious about the hygiene of the bathrooms. We don’t really know if it is clean or just not showing the dirt.

Could not able to book the room through application. I have to call the hotel and book the room which was rate increased. How ever BERAT bey helped me and made the same rate with the web page which is very fine experience to help customers.

Satisfactory stay on a good location, struggled to find a bay in car park, thanks to hotel's valet service that solved it. I'd kindly request the hotel staff to warn the guests who do not properly put the masks on during the pandemic, especially when using the lifts

We had a week stay in Konya Novotel. Overall our experience has been positive. My son attended the Turkish Chess Turnament. The hotel staff observed the COVID 19 rules. Hotel staff Hidayet has been very helpful on all our questıons. Very friendly and energetic personality. I can easyly say that he was the star of the hotel. Hotel services namely, housekeeping, reception were friendly, kind and the public relation manager were very involved with hotel guest. I would like to complement the dessert chef. His or Her"s desserts were fantastic. I would certainly like to visit next time in Konya.

Totally good, check-in and check out was so fast and friendly, but It wasn't like a 5-star hotel experience, we paid for 4 people but the space of the room was suitable for two-person only, it was very small, the staffs in the restaurant hadn't good behavior we must wait a lot for small order.

Bad from beggining to end. Bad parking experience, bad welcome, very slow and bad check-in and check out ( I made online reservation, ı used some of my reward points, but I asked twice in check in and check out for full peyment with cash , I had to warn them twice ). Bad room tempereture, not fine working ac system ( I get sick because of cold, I had to go to emergency next day ). Very bad breakfast, not helpfull staff. Many place in hotel was not clean enough. More and more. Bad experience. Never stay in this hotel again.

Pandemic precautions are not satisfied. Hotel management never let to customers walk around without wearing a mask. I saw many customer around loby without mask. This issue must be mandatory.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Rooms are super comfortable and have everything you need: from slippers to bathrobes. Due to great variety at breakfast everybody can find suitable and substantial food. But the best of everything is an amazing service provided by professional and friendly team members. We travel several times a year through Konya together with my family and/or alone. One of the main reasons why we chose Novotel is that it is a pet-friendly hotel, as we are accompanied by our handsome golden retriever. I can say they are one and only hotel on our route that accepts pets. Moreover the hotel is very contemporary, with excellent staff and delicious breakfast. It is located on one of the main avenues easy to reach.

It has been 3-4 years that we started staying at Novotel Konya. It is just on our way from winter house to summer house. We were desperately looking for a hotel to stay together with our lovely Golden Retriever. And the Novotel Konya team made us feel at home with their excellent and very warm service. Hotel is very well decorated and breakfast was also very good with a lot of choices. We would like to thank the hotel team. We have stayed 30-40 times in Accor hotels, and Konya Novotel team is one of the best. Our dog is very old and probably it will pass away soon, but we shall keep on splitting our long journey by spending a night at Novotel Konya..
