Overall the room was comfortable. However the hotel needs a refresh.

Given that we arrived on december 25 and the restaurant was closed, I can only give feedback on hotel room and breakfast. The hotel room was very spacious, quite cozy, shower was functioning etc. The hotel breakfast was quite elaborate.

I appreciated the dinner service at the bar, despite the pandemic-restriction. And it is always a pleasure to come back to a fvorite place in Grenoble.

Positive: Staff were excellent as always. Got a very competitive rate. The location is great. Negative: Room was a bit cold and looked worn. Ordered room service for the first time and it was disappointing.

The staff and the room were very nice, but the walls are so thin, that you can hear everything that is going on in the room next door.

A very spacious and comfortable suite. Good bathroom and nice to have a separate w.c. Hotel was quiet. Reception staff excellent but bar and restaurant seemed to be operating reduced hours. Bar staff had occasional fits of grumpiness, especially when being told by an experienced cocktail barman that they got their ingredients wrong.

Very helpfull and friendly reception. Well furnished rooms, nice breakfast, nice Restaurant somle 1000 mtrs away, lobby verty causy and very friendly and helpfull staff. In front of the hotel a nice park. Only parking is a problem, but there is a carpark close by

Major issue with checking out / card payment

Hotel in good location, rooms of reasonable size and quality. BIG issue when checking out: hotel claimed that their credit card network had aborted my credit card transaction and actually showed me a print out that said that. Yet, the full amount had been debited from my account and I spent close to an hour talking to my bank and my bank issuing a letter to say that they amount had been debited from my account. Another person in my party had checked out earlier, had 2 cards 'declined' and then paid in cash. She found out later that both her cards that were supposedly declined had actually been debited in is now trying to get her money back. Be aware!

Stayed at the hotel for a weekend break, the hotel is outstanding in the features in the reception, bar area and the bedrooms. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a good choise of food from continental to hotfood. A tram stop is near the hotel which is very accessable from the train station. Excellant hotel, would definetly stay here again, highly recommended.

Public areas superb, as were the updated bedrooms. The staff were brilliant and the breakfast was excellent. Very pleasant location, a little out of town, but easy access to to centre and station. Renovation still underway but did not affect our stay in any way.
