« Great stay, amazing bed »

Had a great experience here, firstly great location, in the Opera area with easy walking to some great eateries. next the bed is so comfortable - just wow, one of the most comfortable beds I had experienced for a long time, additionally the rooms were of a decent size and not small cubicles !! The breakfast / dinner facilities were just right for this place and nicely decored.

« Superb stay with my family - had a memorable experience here !! »

All the hotel staffs are so friendly and caring including Front Desk, Concierge, House Keeping, and Breakfast Restaurant. My family could feel that they care for our comfort and tried very hard to make us "feel like home" in the hotel. Complimentary afternoon tea time was also very refreshing and well prepared. We had such a memorable stay here in this hotel and I was very happy to bring them to this hotel after my first time I had stayed here last Feb, 2019.

Hotel is in good neighborhood, and the staff welcomed us nicely. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, but on 2 mornings, the cheese platter had ants crawling on it, and the wait staff was charming but overwhelmed, our room was also quite warm, but also quiet, so it was pretty good overall.

My stay was good. Hotel very well located for my meetings. Every member of staff I came into contact with (reception, housekeeping, restaurant) was pleasant and helpful. I very much appreciated the upgrade, but there was very old dust under the bedside table which is not great (especially for me as I asthmatic). I also found the scrambled eggs at breakfast inedible.

Hotel staff was warm and friendly. We were within easy walking distance to the theater district, great restaurants and Metro stops. Our superior Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and black out curtains were a plus! Breakfast buffet was excellent with something for everyone.

I am a university professor, and I was accompanied by 8 students. All of us were happy about our stay. The students especially enjoyed breakfast. We got an excellent service from the hotel representatives. The location of the hotel is great: we easily walked to Sacre Coeur. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

« Very attentive and friendly staff, nice room and location »

I stayed for 5 nights with breakfast. Breakfast buffet had a selection of good quality food and drinks which we enjoyed and staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, even with heating rack inside bathroom for towels/clothes. There was also a coffee capsule machine which was easy to use. Staff were quick to respond when we called reception to request for more water bottles, this is because housekeeping only put 1 bottled water a day despite our room is for 2 people.

« Good stay but some feedback for your consideration »

I have stayed in your hotel for the second time. Both time's experiences are mostly very good. The only things which I would like to feedback to you is that during my stay in our hotel, I have lost a card holder when I have breakfast at your restaurant. I called your hotel right away I am aware that I left my card holder, unfortunately your colleagues did not found the card holder. Your colleague mentioned that there were other guests used the table after I left and I understand that. I recommend your colleagues to tidy and check the table before having next guests use the table, or to have cctv installed in the restaurant. This will reassure your guest that their property are protected during their stay. Despite above experiences, I am very satisfied with my stay in you. It is very likely I will choose your hotel again and recommend to my friends.

« great stay, unexpected, a hidden gem »

excellent refurbishment, hotel rooms are excellent quality, especially for the price we arrived via Gare du Nord, only a 10 minute walk away, so very practical we visited during the strikes, everything was at walking distance, 20 minutes to the opera house, 30 minutes to the Louvre. we liked the quiet location right next to the 9th district with excellent eateries. breakfast was excellent. breakfast staff so friendly.
